I ordered 2 pairs of Crocodile shoes for my son's birthday in August 2025. I, too, received a tracking number that referred to a non-existing site. I've requested info, requested updates, refund, you name it, I've requested it. I don't even think their website exists anymore. I'm more scam savvy these days, but this one I really regret because they were to be the PERFECT GIFT for my son. Sucks.

What went wrong???? I ordered 2 items and never received them. I have repeatedly contacted you and you do not answer. I want a refund.

Ripped off. Ordered2 or snd never received anything and no answer to all inquiries. These guys belong in jail!!!

Do not order. They will take your money and will not ship your order.

Ordered a pair of shoes tried to cancel right away, got an e mail around 1 am they kept asking for info went on for about 4 days and completely ignored my emails, wont give me my money back and some fake tracking number I guess because it says was delivered but never got them and shipping company will not answer me either. Said would take 7-10 days also was at 28 or so before it said deliverd, also mentioned free world wide shipping but paid 6.99 did not notice until have purchase though.

I would rate them 0 stars if that was an option. Fairrly is a fraudulent site. STAY AWAY!!! My husband ordered a pair of alligator feet 6 weeks ago. They sent him tracking notices, including USPS notices, that after 5 weeks said the shoes were delivered. They weren't delivered here and we live in a gated community, so no porch pirates. He went to the Post Office to inquire. They told him that the notices weren't theirs and that he should file a fraud charge. Fortunately, he paid using PayPal, so at least they don't have any financial info. But no shoes.

This company is a scam, they haven’t sent my shoes and I ordered them about a month ago. They may look legit but do NOT buy ANYTHING from them!!! Customer service number non existent

Ordered a pair of novelty crocodile shoes. Was told they would be sent in 15 business days. It’s been 25 days and no shoes, no update on their shipping site and no response to my emails. Had I looked into the company first I would have never ordered them.

They are very unresponsive and have not delivered the item. The tracking information that they provide does not work properly. I will update my review if they resolve the issues.

This company has an order for me, according to their website it has been sent and delivered, I have not received it and I have sent 8 emails to them and never even received an acknowledgement and they say that answer with 1 or 2 days, they also state that the parcel was insured Well where is it?

Ordered mid July, item shown with shipping tracking number July 18th. Checking daily and item has no information under tracking number. Checked again today still August 4th. Still the same. Contacted customer service several times. First time got response working on your order. All the other attempts for information are being ignored.
This company sucks!!! Do not waste your time or money

Tried three separate times to make a purchase on this site only to be told my form of payment was not accepted. Have used the same payment info for any place in the world but this site will not accept it.

I ordered two of the same shirts in different colors, took almost 6 weeks to receive the order.
They shipped two different shirts in two different sizes.
Nightmare to deal with, I would not recommend them at all.

They are not even worth a star. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I tried calling the phone number on the return lable and it didn't work. Now they are telling me if I wish to return the items I must mail them to China. I think I'll check with the BBB to see if there is any other way to handle this. If nothing else, maybe they can shut them down!

The sweaters are not cashmere as described, and they are poor quality, I tried to initiate a return but just got ignored. I also see they operate under several other names.

If I could give this a -5 I would. Purchased two “cashmere” sweater/shirts that arrived with stains and super thin fabric, of which are on the website listed as 50% or more cashmere, and the tags in both list ZERO cashmere and when I wrote the company to send a pre-paid label to return to China, they refused to send postage or to offer a full refund. Absolute junk product and completely false advertising. Do not buy from them.

I received two large shirts after a month-long wait. They were way too large and not of great quality. I initiated a return and have received the most oddly worded responses I've yet to see. In short, they asked for a lot of info that I provided and are now saying (I think) that I must keep the shirts and they'll credit me 10% (about $8). Terrible, terrible, and terrible.
