We've met Fairmonts actually when looking at another house and once we were deciding on who to use to sell ours, it was not even a question - we went with Robin and Jack. They have the 'no-nonsense', direct approach, very proactive and on top of things. Nothing was 'not my job' for them, and I can honestly say without them the process would have lasted way longer & been even more stressful. Without any hesitation we will be recommending them (as we are hoping not to have to move again ;).

We had a really great experience with Fairmonts while purchasing our new home. They were acting for the sellers, but honestly, they were far more professional and on the ball than the estate agent we used to sell our own property.

You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and want things to go smoothly. A special mention to Robin, who was incredibly proactive throughout the whole process. Whenever things didn’t go quite to plan (as they often don’t with house moves), he stepped in and helped keep everything moving forward.

Communication was always clear and timely, and they remained professional and helpful at every stage.

We’re hoping to be in this house for many years, but when the time does come to move again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Fairmonts.
