Excellent help from Aaron Costello, I wasn’t sure about changing my health fund I’m usually hesitant about changing on line or phone but Aaron explained everything to me, which made me comfortable knowing I had a component and knowledgeable young man on the phone and he made it so easy for me to change to the health fund he suggested, thanks Aaron

My experience with the company was overwhelmingly good. I received the call from Amanuel not long after I submitted my enquiry and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He asked questions to understand my health insurance needs so that he could find the right policy for me. It didn’t take long for Amanuel to find a policy that had a cheaper premium but gives me more back on extras with higher limits. Very happy and would recommend this service to others.

I spoke to someone who was well spoken in English so I could understand everything he said. He was polite and accommodating in his manner and had a knowledge of what he was talking about. If I had questions he would listen then make sure he understood, his name was Amanuel and I would gladly deal with him again. He was able to find me a policy cheaper but with much more value than the one I was on. I would gladly recommend this person to anyone for a quote on their Medical Health insurance.
