Amazing product and out if this world customer service!

We ordered a unicorn portrait via Fabulous Portraits on December 15th, in time for Christmas.
We received an email, showing the artists improvement on our picture... which wasn't an improvement.
However, we approved it.
Instead of going with the approved design, the portrait arrived trimmed by about an inch on each side... missing out my grandaughter's legs!
We therefore needed to contact Fabulous Portraits to receive the correct (approved) design. While they had no problems emailing us several times before we placed or order, they have not replied since. I am therefore leaving this review to warn future customers. I hope it helps.
Their "contact" choices are email or an online chat.

Messages on the online chat are not seen until hours later (We see "delivered, not seen. We run on Chatra"), and a message is eventually generated stating, "The team will reply as soon as possible here in chat or by email. Please check your spam or promotions inboxes as well."
No emails arrive.

I have sent numerous emails to both try to explain their problem and receive a correct portrait, but have not yet received a single response.

I will now claim a refund via my credit card.
Summary: The disappointment of an incorrect portrait is not worth the risk, and the company does not reply to queries once a portrait has been sent.

If I could rate a zero I would. With I had seen the reviews before ordering.

I ordered 3 portraits on 11/27. After 26 days, and after I exchanged gifts with my nieces and nephews, the portraits arrived. The quality, considering the price of almost $50 a portrait, is subpar. The canvas is amateurishly wrapped on one, the pictures of kids were not the approved photo design. The portraits look blurry. I could have done this myself.

I went back and forth with customer service. It wasn’t until I told them I was canceling the credit card transactions that they suddenly said the product shipped.

Do not use this company.

We ordered 2 pictures fir our son for Christmas. Only one arrived, and the packing was horrible. I actually think the other picture fell out. I continually emailed customer service telling them that one never arrived. I was told over and over that I needed to be patient and wait a few days for the USPS tracking to update. Well, it’s been 2 weeks, and I’m still waiting. No response from my last several emails. I’m totally disappointed as this was pictures of both my sons boys for Christmas. I can’t just give him one! And I paid dearly for these pictures!!!! Customer service is terrible!!

Very disappointed with one of the pictures I received. It was not like the sample picture sent through to me, for approval. The picture I received had part of my daughter cut off instead of having some background behind her. Contacted customer services, who offered 20% off the picture! I either want 100% off, as this is not what I ordered or the picture being done properly as I had approved. What’s the point sending a photo through for approval if they don’t take any notice of what you agreed. I have emailed now twice, last one chasing a response and yet to hear anything. Fortunately I paid by credit card and will now be contacting them for a refund

I have now received a replacement through and not only have they cut more of my daughter off the picture they have also now managed to cut off the bottom of the picture with half her foot now missing. Please don’t use this company they are a joke and despite asking now 5 times for my money back and the pictures to be picked up all emails have been ignored so now having to raise a dispute through my credit card company. I have never received so much rubbish in all my life

Picture is way to dark. Can't see the dinosaur on left side of picture as it blends into the dark background. This is the 2nd picture (different backgrounds), and was very happy with the 1st one but unhappy with 2nd one.

Hi their, to start I had an issue with my daughter picture but eventually with this understanding coworkers fixed my issue with no problems. Thank you for the replacement!!!

This is the most precious picture! We will cherish it forever!

I ordered several portraits for Christmas. Unfortunately one of them got damaged while under the tree. I contacted Fabulous Portrait to repurchase the canvas. The only thing they asked for was a photo of the damage and then they replied that they would replace it free of charge! Four days later I received a perfect replacement. This is a quality company and I will surely do business again.

My 3 year old grandson loves anything Spider-Man. When he received his Spider-Man portrait he had to run and put his Spider-Man costume on to have his dad take his picture. He loves it!

I’m very pleased with the canvas portrait I ordered for my Granddaughter for Christmas! It was very well made, the picture was crisp and clear and the colors are beautiful!
The best part of all was watching my Granddaughters face when she first saw her portrait!

I ordered a print. I thought I was receiving a Black Friday deal for 25% off the sale price. I was told that I was incorrect and that the Black Friday deal was the discount price. Not true!!!! I know when I saw the ad, I know what the price was, and the discount code popped up AFTER I gave the requested email. So I feel it was false advertising. The customer service response team was really really slow. I don’t think anyone man’s the customer service over the weekend. I gave it two stars instead of one because the delivery time is excellent. We received our portrait in a very timely manner. However, the print is not of good quality. It is very grainy, not just the picture I submitted, even their picture is grainy. This product is worth $20 at best for the largest size. And the shipping cost should be waived. Not at all happy with the item. So buyer beware.

The portrait I ordered came out beautiful. It came quickly and I loved it. I can't wait for Christmas to see my grandson's reaction to it. Thank you, Fabulous Portrait! I will definitely come back for more.

There was a bit of confusion at first, but I think it was because I was ordering more than one canvas at the same time. But I emailed and they quickly responded and everything was back on track. Excellent customer service. Best part, I received the two canvases and LOVE THEM. Can hardly wait for Christmas to see my grandchildren's faces. Wonderful unique gift!

I was hesitant about ordering online but after reading reviews I decided to order and I’m so glad I did! My granddaughter’s room is all decorated with unicorns so this was perfect.
