Beware. Ordered some sofas from this company. They never delivered them. Trying to get hold of them to find out what happened and to organise a refund was very difficult - noone would pick up or they would hang up. Had to get a refund via raising a dispute with the credit card company.

Stay well away this company is actually operating criminally.

I ordered a bed and mattress for a rental property a few days before Christmas and expressed i needed it for 4 Jan 2018 as i had a tenant moving into a room as that location where the bed was to be delivered to.

They serviced they claimed to provide is specially for landlords where they collected the keys and assemble the bed. They collected the key from me 2 days later and assembled the bed and returned the key to me.

I went to the property the very next day to realise in shock horror not only was it not the bed I ordered but it was an inferior cheap looking second hand bed that was damages with a long red scratch which I sent images to them and along with a copy of my invoice and told them I wanted to cancel the order and wanted them to collect the goods.

After Christmas I has to chase the office and they told me to cal a person called Ben on his mobile who kept putting the phone down on me but finally after hounding him he arranged for the driver to revisit the property and said he will need to charge me £80 for the delivery. This i thought was totally unfair as it was the wrong order and they themselves boast FREE DELIVERY and INSTALLATION.

A few days later I had to chase this person called Ben again who checked the warehouse and confirmed the bed was in his possession and he said he was going to be sending me an email confirming it in writing as I realised I never got any paperwork from the assembler to came to collect the bed.

I also reminded him that he needed to confirm by return email the goods were in his your receipt and failure to do so in writing is a criminal offence and against the online trading standards of which his licence to trade online can be investigated and revoked.

To date I have not received any confirmation from him that he is in receipt of the bed or any refund of my money.

I have had to do a charge back with my HSBC Gold Card which an official investigation is now under way.

I cannot believe in this day and ages there are companies out there so blatantly ripping people off.
