Appalling service.
Forced to pay £20 per head deposit to book a table and then when the bill was less than the amount they refused to refund our money.
Basically we have paid for the privilege to be mugged in broad daylight.
Apparently this is standard practice and they will also happily do the same if you open a tab.
Nothing more than theft.

Do not trust this company with your money and pay upfront, if anything goes wrong you can kiss your money goodbye.
Totally unethical.

The actual games are awesome.
A word of caution!! Don't pay in advance for your drinks ( We don't offer a refund of unspent deposits) point 1...
Point 2... don't arrange to do anything after a visit if you intend to eat there... the service is atrocious. 45 minutes waiting for a scoop of icecream

The simulations were amazing, me and my partner even went to the desk to pay for more races!

Food was great! The breakfast sandwiches were so good and came out without much wait.

Only thing that was overpriced was the cocktails… £14 for the smallest cocktail ever.

Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough to make our first time at F1 Arcade amazing, including a surprise birthday dessert 🍨 Simulators were fantastic and loved the different levels. Cannot wait to come back✨

Terrible service. Booked tickets months ago and had family travelling to London for the experience. We received a cancellation email from the venue and hour before we were due to start. We were already on the train!! I received a very bland email but disgusted with the service received

Overall decent experience, service was good and the quality of gear was unmatched, had so much fun racing in the simulators it made me look past the expensive drink prices 👀😂

Wasn't best experience for me. Found the front of house person rude so spoilt what was going to be a nice evening out from the start. No top screen working, had no interest in finding an alternative. Very unprofessional. With regards to the F1 simulator itself, average really. More functionality on the Xbox F1 game so really aimed at party's rather than F1 enthusiast and expensive for what you get. Booking ref DMN-16867591646 so genuine review

Kiara Musaja at the F1 Arcade was outstanding! Attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the arcade. She made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

F1 Birmingham. Wish we’d have read reviews and no doubt you’ll still go. Frustratingly setup to ripoff. 7 of us on 2 machines, 25 minutes in half of us still hadn’t had a go, £25 each! Manager didn’t want to help either, suggesting we knew what we had signed up for. Over priced flatbread pizza. Spoilt the night, I wouldn’t bother.

Disgusting customer service! Complained about the format of have 7 people waiting 1 hour 45 mins for a game…after spending £280 on food and drinks waiting to play for an hour…the beer and cider tasted off. So raised the complaint only to be told I don’t understand the game format & the they didn’t not understand the fact the beer was not nice. Repeatedly asking what was wrong with the glass or taste, without trying themselves! Manager walked off in the huff when raised!

Awful rip off, 6 went in pre booked and the clowns couldn’t get a set of race places….told us for 4 races it’ll be an hour & 45 minutes!!!! Keeping us in to buy beer & eat!!! The food & beer was over priced & poor. Late sitting is down & allocating. Whole things a sham

F1 Arcade is a must-play for F1 and racing game fans, delivering an exhilarating experience that's both thrilling and immersive.

I went to the F1 arcade in Birmingham, walked in and as a F1 fan I was in my little element, simulators are amazing and nice when braking, turning and when going high speeds, awesome lights and a real F1 car on the ceiling of the building, great buzz and atmosphere, loads of people having fun and wearing their favourite drivers or teams merch, felt welcomed and because it was for my birthday they put a message on the screen of my SIM for me and said it to me in person, screens to watch real and past F1 races with real telemetry which was fun, my wife came with me who is not a big F1 fan and she also enjoyed it, really nice food but expensive and has to get a steak recooked as was a bit chewy but other than that it was great food but a little bit on the expensive side, overall a great experience and will definitely be going back.

Been twice in London and had a great experience each time. The staff are all polite, friendly and happy to help. The simulators are great quality with good feedback.

The bar is quite noisy so it's hard to hear the instructions but the atmosphere is very good.

Went for a day trip out with 2 others to London and this was the worst part of the day!
Over crowded and over priced for what it was.
Had 5 races booked so when it came to our time to race, we were taken to the simulators (which were still being used) and had a briefing on how to set up each player. Couldn't hear what was being said as music was too loud and didn't have the chance to ask the girl to repeat what she had said as she walked off after she had finished.
After managing to work out how to set our profiles up we realised that we were in the wrong seats. Ideally you have to set up one by one as whoever sets their profile up first will be in the lowest number sim (we had sims 27, 28 and 29, I was sat in sim 29 but as I set my profile first I was automatically allocated sim 27). We weren't sure if there was enough time to change seats before the first race so played the first race as not ourselves. One of us didn't even manage to get their profile set up as an error message popped up and then the time ran out so they were known as player 3. After the first race we managed to swap seats in time so for the final 4 races we were racing as ourselves.
You don't get to choose the circuits, they are already pre selected. The 4th and 5th race was at the same circuit which spoilt it. You do get to choose your level of experience, from rookie to expert.
Being a novice driver, I chose rookie which meant all I had to do was accelerate and brake, I didn't have to worry about changing gears etc. However, on all five races, even though I was staying on track and following the racing line my sim didn't get out of 3rd gear even when pressing my foot flat to the floor on the accelerator pedal, yet looking across to the other 2 sims they were getting into higher gears and going faster.
After your alloted time has finished, there is no one there to help you out of your sim, if needed, or even ask you if you had an enjoyable experience, it was a case of just get up and either leave or go to the bar. We chose to get up and leave as it was so hot inside we needed to some fresh air.
I'm leaving this review anonymously as I didn't have to pay for the 'experience' and don't want to upset who I was with if they see this review, but if i were spending nearly £100 for 45 minutes of 'fun' I'd be spending it elsewhere.

Extremely expensive for the poor service offered. Avoid at all costs for large groups. Went there to celebrate my birthday with 13 other friends and had an awful time trying to chase service and asking them to make things right.

I was obligated at booking checkout to get the food package even though it looked like poor value, but I couldn’t complete the booking without it. Drinks order came wrong since they didn’t ask and simply assumed we’d want only alcoholic drinks. We were also supposed to get 28 drinks in total, but got at most 22 since there were many missing beers.

When I complained, the server seemed to be trying to make things right by offering a wine or 6 beers, and instead of bringing extra she TOOK ONE OF THE WINES ALREADY PROVIDED and brought beer instead. Like what???

Also one of the sims broke for 1 race and there was no one around to fix it. In summary, lots of stress organising a large group gathering there. Besides, no one could talk because the music was absurdly loud, which was completely unexpected for a sim racing venue.

Very expensive, staff useless. £32 for 3 races lasting 6 minutes a race. Over in blink of an eye.

My little girl got a booster seat “mid race” ! , poor instructions. No tutorial from staff , only a 40 sec vid before race then it starts!

Staff very unhelpful, hardly knew anything , food and drink was expensive. Place was empty and had zero atmosphere.

Was going to eat lunch at venue but after being made to feel like an inconvenience I went next door to Asia Ivy and they were superb !

Equipment and setting is very impressive but won’t be going back unless i win the lottery and all staff are changed .

Extremely fun racing experience, big props to James and Asri for giving us 3 complimentary races due to a booking mixup a few weeks prior which meant we couldn’t race that day which was disappointing but after today can say it was definitely worth the wait, will be returning.

Brilliant night out with mates. Everyone had fun and it was overall a good experience. Drinks were pretty pricey which is why didn’t get a 5 star.
Staff were a little clueless but that didn’t matter once we were all setup.
Especially great when playing against a load of mates
