I bought 3 cameras direct from Ezviz, they are easy to fit and get used to and the quality of the images is good.

Two of the C8C cameras work fine, I have been through customer services via email and phone calls and I cannot fault the support regarding the camera that isn't working.

However all are agreed that the one camera has a hardware fault and I have been advised to contact the seller to seek a replacement - but the seller is part of the Ezviz franchise, it's contact details are the same as the support centre and there is no individual telephone number or email address for the seller.

Therefore I cannot get in touch with the seller and after the support centre intimating they can assist - now do not answer calls and haven't responded to my emails requesting their support to get either a refund or a replacement.

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of the EZVIZ indoor camera. The camera provides clear video footage with great sound quality, and I particularly love that I can control it from my smartphone using their EZVIZ app. It's incredibly convenient to be able to check in on my home from anywhere at any time. The setup process was also very easy and user-friendly, and I appreciate the added security it provides. Overall, I highly recommend this camera to anyone looking for reliable and user-friendly home security tool

Brought 2 cameras both different ones due to ongoing vandalism off my vehicle, had them around 10 months now. While the app and the cameras are reasonably good car quality, I just find it absolutely impossible to set the cameras up in such a way where they go off when they need to. Always over sensitive and recording far too much rubbish i.e nothing or not going off when they need to go off. Also the dual lens camera I have got has got a bright light on it but there is no setting to make it stay on you can either have it off or have it flash whenever it detects something

Cameras disappeared from app, numerous emails to company help desk, like other reviews one question after another and quite abrupt tone from them. Have sent info they require and several emails been ignored with no response.

Totally useless . Recordings of Leaves, rain, moving trees , birds , cars with lights of passing via the main road . Does NOT record People , small vehicles . Totally useless as is their customer service

Des le départ, les notices fournies avec les équipements sont indigentes.
Ensuite, il n'y a pas d'espace FAQ suffisamment développé sur leur site : juste la répétition des notices. Ils ne prennent pas en compte dans leurs FAQ les reproches régulièrement exprimés sur les forum.
Enfin, les numéros de telephone d'assistance ( difficiles à découvrir) vous renvoient dans le vide, et les adresses mail ne vous envoient que des accusés de réception automatisés sans réponses concrètes par la suite.
En bref, un sens du service client très limité: ils n'ont visiblement pas envie de dépanner leurs clients

Avoid! Installed a few months ago, and most of the time the cameras are offline, I’ve contacted the #ezviz costumers service but not been sorted out. I got the cameras for 6 months now and I have charged the batteries already twice, they are supposed to last 365 days! Just wasted my money.

Terrible, the app is ridiculously hard to use won't rewind properly and very poor. Cameras are not and really just a complete waste of money

DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. BEWARE!

When I first installed Ezviz camera it was fine all worked great no problems but soon as you unplug it you can not connect it up again.. I have tried and I even asked a friend who is very capable of setting up cameras in case i was missing something to do it for me.. but all it keeps saying is password is incorrect (which is not) or can not connect to wifi when my internet is perfect. I even deleted account and app and started again but no not having any of it.. so basically the camera is fine when plugged in, good luck if you unplug it that is will connect again.
