This is my 2nd mattress from you as the first one is still perfect my son and daughter always coment hiw comfortable my mattress is saying its the best they have tried so we just needed a new mattress for our son the ordering process really easy and the customer service was fantastic from placing the order to the delivery 2 days later which was on time the delivery man was also fantastic giving advice on how to unpack the mattress will definitely use them again

We get a comfortable night’s sleep although it is firmer than we anticipated. No noticeable motion transfer and seems to maintain a comfortable temperature.

I paid extra for 2man delivery to room of choice, unpack & clear away packaging.
Instead I got home to a large box delivered & left by one man.
Having no choice I unpacked the box.
The mattress under compression suddenly burst into life and knocked me over. Lucky the Stanley knife that I was holding missed my jugular.
Got a chat box “ how did we do from deliverers”. Unimpressed. Wasted my money.
Slept well though!
Thinking of purchasing another new single
mattress for spare room. May be in touch.

Two good guys brought in new boxed mattress, removed packaging and placed on bed , all packaging removed along with the old mattress. Fifteen minutes no damage no mess , excellent service .

I'm a Landlord so I have no experience of the product itself however I found the service and delivery very good. For me it was important that the mattresses were delivered on time and the old ones taken away. I found the company very easy to deal with when I had to change some requests. I paid extra for a premium delivery service and it was worth the money.

We are very pleased with the Eze hybrid ultra mattress. It took a little while to adjust, as we had a foam mattress for many years. Now it is very comfortable and my sore hip has definitely improved with this new mattress. Thank you.
