Polite and professional the happy staff make you feel comfortable on arrival and you feel the advice is genuine and not trying to up sell

I've been been visiting John High opticians for decades and wouldn't go anywhere else for my eye tests or glasses.
Warm and welcoming staff provide an excellent and thorough service. Highly recommended.

I am a visitor from Australia, unfortunately I broke my Ray Ban frame with prescription lenses in them. I ordered a new frame online and took both pairs to John High in Faversham to see if they would swap the lenses for me. The staff were fantastic, polite and helpful. A lovely lady took my glasses and within a few minutes, hey presto, all done. When asked how much, the answer was ‘no charge sir, happy to help’. My Nephew was standing there at the time and was so impressed with the service he booked himself an eye test.

Attended the Faversham branch today for a wax removal with the audiologist Kemi, she was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly .

I was then offered a complimentary hearing screening by the staff on the shop floor. Lewis, Rita and Hannah all amazing staff members . 10* service all round would highly recommend!

I booked an eye test and as I expected I needed glasses, during my eye test everything was explained to me, when choosing glasses Lewis was so helpful didn't rush me an didn’t mind that I tried on nearly every pair. When I went back to collect them it was only 2 days Lewis made sure they were comfortable and I was happy with them. The whole experience was amazing every staff member working there is so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend using Eye Emporium in Faversham. My glasses broke today and I went into to the Whitstable branch and asked if they could possibly help me. The gentleman I saw could not have been more helpful and pleasant, he repaired my glasses for me and didn’t charge me anything for his time. I could not recommend this shop more

I have been with the eye emporium for 5 years now. The staff are really professional and helpful and there is a good choice of eye care and glasses, with a great after sale service. Sue is very welcoming and helpful if you have any issues or questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as local optician.

The service is friendly and has a nice ambiance and has nice workers.

I popped in on the off chance that I might be able to get a replacement screw for my sunglasses even though I hadn’t bought them from Eye Emporium. Despite clearly being very busy preparing for a Saturday afternoon event the lady happily put a new screw in for no charge. Thank you so much!

I went in hoping they would adjust my glasses for me. The lady I spoke to was super knowledgeable and helpful. I'd tried other places before and felt like I was being dealt with quickly to make way for the next customer. Here I didn't feel that. Definitely recommend

Popped in to the local store at whitstable met a guy called Jamie who didn’t hesitate to to help me out and repair my glasses great service very efficient highly recommend
