The service I receive was both professional and friendly. The communications and engagement from the team at JAB was great. The alternative design suggested by Thomas was such a cleaver and simple alternative to my original concept which we have taken forward to our final design. I have recommended JAB to other friends.

Absolutely brilliant service from Extension Hub! I found my builder through them and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were super friendly, incredibly helpful, and supportive at every stage of our house renovation. Everyone was very helpful. We had an extension built and we used Extension Hub and their sister company JAB Design to prepare the drawings, guide us through the experience and to source contractors. The online hub was easy to use and we could view all the documents, plans and drawings relating to our extension in one place. They were relaxed when we revised the plans and made helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of having an extension built.

Or so we thought - turns out the builders were scammers! We are forever indebted to Caroline at JAB, who helped us realise this and helped put us in touch with others who were also victims of this.

Extension Hub made finding a builder easy!

Following our planning permission we embarked on looking for a builder, as this is something we had not embarked on before we wanted to ensure we chose the right builder from a trusted source. Extension Hub allowed us to look at builders profiles and past client reviews which helped us shortlist a few to quote for our project. Once we had chosen them it wasn’t long until they had made a site visit and issued us with a quote over the portal. The build is now underway and we are so pleased we used this system, it put all our worries to rest and made a process we were unsure of easy and stress free.

Having all the experts and paperwork in one place makes organising a project much easier.

Through the Extension Hub communication & all the details of the design process are in one place. This meant it was very easy to follow, accessible at all times, compact, kept good historical records, & fast response to queries. A very useful tool to support the design process.

James Bridgewater and the team at JAB design have to say as a builder give first class support and are always at hand to give advice and sort any problems that arise, in particular site visits when called upon, whi h in some circumstances is incredibly helpful ( whereas a lot of architects don't even answer the phone!) Nothing is too much problem for these guys, first class designers and first class support throughout many a build issued via JAB design.
