I placed an order for a watch just before Christmas expecting delivery before Christmas (a Christmas present from my Wife) in line with this companies normal delivery times.
I received a polite call from the company the following day saying there was an error and that in fact this should not have been accepted as an order as the watch was not in stock.
They did however call back later and said that they managed to order more and could get this posted to me by Saturday or Monday after Christmas.
I received the watch on the Monday.
Excellent service in rectifying this problem considering this happened over the Christmas holiday and would reccommend this company.

Excellent service - received watch on date promised via royal mail (and this was during the Christmas holidays!) and it was absolutely stunning and a massive saving on High Street prices - was able to buy the next model up because of the saving so I am very pleased. Even the warranty card was all stamped up and a voucher for £25 off next purchase - I am delighted I stumbled across this genuine UK business offering significant savings and first class service on genuine Seiko watches - brilliant!

I ordered a watch at 12 minutes to three in the afternoon and it arrived very early the next day as promised, watch strap correctly fitted to my wrist size and removed links returned with the package, all together an outstanding service which I whole heartedly recommend to prospective buyers.
PS. I forgot to add that the price was £40-00 cheaper than any other seller

I ordered a nice Seiko GMT at the best online price. It came with free Special Delivery and was here the next day, box well bubble wrapped. I've had watches from elsewhere with box damage during delivery. Guarantee card stamped etc. I'd use Express Watches again. Only improvement maybe would be if they had set the watch but I like to play around and do this anyway. Thank you.

Received watch next day as promised, well packaged in bubble wrap. Really pleased with the price, best i could find after a few hours of scouring the net. Great watch, with my eyesight not so good these days i can read the time at a glance without my glasses, but the date window is a little on the small side , struggle to read it even with my specs on.

No problems with service, watch arrived promptly. Unfortunately it was not suitable due to the watch face size (I have a small wrist). Returning the watch was easy and refund duly received.

To select and have the item delivered within 48hours is superb. And the strap was adjusted. Can not be faulted.

Was looking for a particular Seiko watch and Express Watches had the best price. In fact I also bought another one as a present. What really made a difference in leaving a review was the excellent communication during and after delivery. First class service and prices.
