I was very impressed by this company

I was very impressed by this company. I ordered an EHOB cushion for my father who is in assisted living unfortunately the cushion deflated after a couple days. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement immediately. I will definitely continue to order from your company and I just wanted your customers and people thinking of purchasing from you to know that you stand behind your products you sell. Needed some large Tegaderm Film…

Needed some large Tegaderm Film dressings. Lots of providers had small sizes, local pharmacies only had small sizes so I went with Expressmed. They got what I needed probably faster that I could have gotten it from Amazon if Amazon had the product...which they did not.

Glad I found Expressmed.

Good service and product

I picked out the merchandise I desired and I believe it may have left the warehouse that same day. It arrived within 3 days (today) and thus far I am pleased with the product and the service. The company seems to care about its customers. I received regular updates while my purchase was in transit. These folks know what they are doing.

First time customer

First time customer. Express Med was very responsive during the initial phone contact to obtain information about customer ordering procedure and policies. Order was easily placed online. Shipped quick. Good packaging. A mishap by UPS caused some delivery issues, but EM got it sorted out quickly. Products were as described and nothing was damaged or missing. Overall, very good experience.

I ordered some support hose

I ordered some support hose, thinking they were the kind with the toes in them. I received the ones without toes. They were very quick to send me the right ones, after I told them about the problem. The reply was quick, and I received them in 2 or 3 days. I was impressed that they treated me, a customer, with respect, and were fair.
