My experience with Express and their panel team was a positive one. I was updated whenever possible and had things explained when I was unsure. Hoowla is brilliant and meant I got regular updates on my case. Thank you for all your hard work. They knew exactly what to do when the builder’s Help to Buy funding was stopped which nearly jeopardised our transaction. Will definitely recommend.

Once we accepted the quote we were then passed to KhanMather as our solicitors and really could not recommend them enough. We used Express Conveyancing for a leasehold purchase in March 2018. They promised a 4-6 week timescale from instruction to completion. They appointed Khan Mather Solicitors and our case handler was Milena. There was a lot of pressure from people higher up in the chain to complete within 4 weeks because we were last in the chain. Milena did a great job and got everything complete in 4 weeks and clearly worked hard to do this. Although this was our first experience with a property purchase we were very happy and would definitely use again.
