Super brownie gift
The raspberry brownie and packet of tea I sent as a gift arrived on time, was attractively packaged and was devoured immediately. It was deliciously moist and tasted wonderful.

Amazing cake at a really affordable price with many options to suit any taste or pocket. I am particularly fond of the Carrot Cake and Frangipane - they deliver too!

Excellent Bakery!
I need good quality brownies to survive. The Exploding Bakery offers so many variations from Killer Vegan dark chocolate to Peanut Butter (my favourite), it is difficult to decide what to order. When I do it arrives when stated (1 hour tracked window), all I have to do is divide it into weekly portions and pop the excess into the freezer. My survival is assured by this Excellent Bakery.

Lovely GF cakes
I have just come back from visiting Devon where I sampled many of your GF cakes. I bake many cakes for a local charity but have never found a GF recipe I like so that I can enjoy the cakes I make as well!
Finding a recipe book with the cakes in which I so enjoyed while on holiday was great, thank you - and being able to buy the correct size tin an added bonus.
