You have clearly worked hard to get all of the documents processed and chasing the bank etc and it was very helpful that you could be the POA. However, we are still very disappointed that the interest rate that we applied for changed and don’t feel that the chances of this happening were well communicated to us. Many of the fees are also unclear exactly what they are for too. You did give a break down of how much each of them are but it lacks any detail or explanation. Overall, I feel grateful to you for your hard work but feel that the process could have been communicated more clearly to us. Therefore it would be 3*

Where to start with this review. Well, firstly, without Lottie, our transfer would have never gone ahead. Without explaining how complicated our deal was, without Lottie's extensive knowledge and dedication to her job, we just wouldn't have our house today. She is the most hardworking person I have ever met, working and responding to us at like 6am, and 11pm at night, it was quite unbelievable. The fact she was able to manage two very specific and difficult buyers, along with an extremely difficult seller, and countless external delays, just goes to show how amazing she is. She is a huge credit to EMortgage and I hope management give her the acknowledgement and appreciation for how much she goes over and above her role. She is extremely professional and I honestly wouldn't recommend looking for a another Conveyancer, Lotties number will be shared far and wide. Lotty, was our conveyancer and handled the sale process of our villa. She was excellent, she coordinated everything with all parties ( buyer, seller, banks, developer, land department etc.) all of which is very tedious and time consuming. A great service if you want to someone to just take care of everything!
