Complaints
After continuing to increase your offers and even sending me several agreements to sign, after I signed one, you changed your mind and cut back the loan to one that is basically useless.
Yesterday I had to close one bank account and open another. You are making things almost impossible for me to change your records so you can get paid.
I think you only replied to my second complaint. With respect to that one, let me just say that nobody else caused me the aggravation you did. I had to change my account for payments for several creditors; except for you, which took several days and many hours, theothers all took five minutes or less to make the change.
As far as I can see, you did not respond to my first complaint at all. As far as I am concerned, you are lucky that I have not had the time to report you to the BBB or any other agency. I feel that what you did was totally unethical and possibly illegal.

Kept drafting my bank after payoff!!!
The loan went great. Funded me immediately!! Then I paid it off early, 4 days ago, but they continued to remove payments from my bank after payoff!! Been on the phone 4 times just today. They FINALLY turned off the payments this morning after I had to tell them to. Then I've asked for refund. Conveniently, only Managers can approve it and they have "been in meetings" all day. I've asked for reciept of payoff to be told "its in the mail". Pfssh, please!! You guys are still taking money so no a payoff reciept was not "on its way"!! Now I have to hurry up and wait for just an acknowledgement of a refund. I've gotten ZERO answer that its going to happen. So like I said, the beginning was great and I would have picked them again but now??....... No way in hell I'd ever depend on them again. After the 4th phone call today I was told it wasn't necessary to keep calling because this is "A big corporation and there are a lot of people ahead of me" and the guy was irritated that I keep calling to get full apologetic answers!!
