I was assigned to this company for an auto refinance and they sent me a decline letter because of credit score and other issues pertaining to credit score. I called 3 times and left messages explaining that they obviously ran the credit check on the wrong person. Experien verified no credit check from this company was listed on my credit. Finally someone called me back only to tell me that they would send me detail on my decline. I tried explaining that it was not my credit they ran. The guy kept telling me he would send me another letter as if the one they already was not the reason I was declined. My credit score is 802. They never mentioned resubmitting a correct credit check.
This company won't own up to their mistake. My frustration is not with credit concerns as I mentioned my is GREAT. My frustration is with the cpmpany as a good response would have been , we would be more than happy to review our findings again. I received a credit report and this company does NOT show as an inquiry. AGAIN YOU RAN THE WRONG CREDITOR

I've never heard of Exeter Finance before, but I have enjoyed doing business with this finance company. I am grateful that you decided to take a chance on financing my Hyundai SUV. I would have rated a 5star if I was offered the opportunity have the tag financed. Although I did not request it until after I made the purchase. I would definitely recommend this finance institute.

Perfect Finance Bank to Finance a car with

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... I have paid them almost 60k on a 23k truck and they raise my interest rate if I am 1 day behind also didnt tell me until my last payment that i owe 1600 more and of course reminded me that the unpaid interest would gain interest so my bill continues to go up. When I called they said it was in the small print!!!!!!!!!

Took numerous phone calls between me and the finance company to finalize everything even after I had the truck for a month. Do t know if it was on your part or the dodge dealership but it was completely ridiculous
