I stuffed up my online order so I called Exagym @ Neutral Bay and Chris sorted everything for me including confirming that I was ordering what I really needed. He consulted my contact at Longevity to resolve this issue. He then arranged to deliver my order, and additionally was happy to exchange the dumbells I had ordered for a lighter set - and delivered them! I could not be more pleased with the service I have received from Chris at Exagym.

More importantly, they offer sound advice and help you make the right purchasing decision (advice that you cannot get by ordering online) and offer best in class installation and after sales service - they listen to your needs and go out of their way to help you. Their personal touch, advice, quality product offering and ancillary sales service are of real value. The store has a great vibe and the owners / brothers are always friendly.
