This pharmacy is the worst

This pharmacy is the worst! First of all, I don't know how they got my information. I already have a pharmacy. They shipped me packets with my medication distributed in packets. I don't have all of my medication and it's incorrect. They told me that they would have FedEx pick it up and that was weeks ago. The Asian woman on the phone was rude and unprofessional.I don't want this pharmacy to fill anything ever!

I have been using exactcare for my son…

I have been using exactcare for my son for several years. We have encountered a few problems over these years, but never anything like we’re dealing with now.. My son suffers from severe hypertension. His hypertension caused him to loose his eyesight a few years ago. His medication, which is mainly blood pressure medicine is over a week late being mailed.. we can’t withdraw the prescriptions because exactcare has billed Medicaid for the month.. We’ve been calling several times everyday trying to at least get some type of advice as to what we can do because his blood pressure is rising but everyone we have talked to seems to care less..

My mother is on pain medication

My mother is on pain medication. I called them when she had about 5 to 6 pills left. I spoke to a representative. They stated her medication was approved and will be shipped out in the next couple of days, nothing ever came. I called back and another representative said the same thing, once again nothing came. I called a third time this representative said the exact same thing and once again nothing came.Now it’s weeks and I had to watch my mom go through so much pain and discomfort. Now I am angry and annoyed. Because it’s not their moms, they act like they care but in reality, they don’t give a 💩

Zero rating for order not being processed or delivered by deadline

I used ExactCare Pharmacy for six months. My last order, for my 10 prescriptions, was not processed or shipped to me timely. Even though I called ExactCare 16 times over five consecutive days regarding my last order. For unknown reasons, ExactCare didn’t process or ship me my prescriptions on time. I also called and asked to speak to a manager multiple times regarding these issues. I never received a call from a manager to resolve these problems.

As a result of all these errors, I had to pay out of pocket for an emergency supply of my prescriptions. All of my prescriptions had to be transferred to a local pharmacy and then transferred to another home delivery company. I also had to pay to have my medications mailed to me because they didn’t use the correct address on file.

Furthermore, I went four days without my blood thinners, which put me at serious medical risk.

I terminated my account with ExactCare based on the fact that they didn’t do anything to get my order processed and shipped on time.

Don't Do It!

How does this firm get a 2.5 star review when every review I've looked at is only 1 star? And I would give them less if that were an option.

I received a cold call from this "company" wanting to change all of my prescriptions over to their "free" prescription service. They seemed to have all of my information... full name, address, phone number, as well as my current medical insurance information... (Thanks "Doge" for letting that all out!)

Part of their spiel was getting me to admit how many prescriptions I had after which they told me that their initial delivery would be double so that I would always have a backup.

So I said "4" prescriptions after which the person on the phone said "Tell the pharmacist "8" when she asks you how many prescriptions." I thought this was just a bit odd, so when he connected me with the "pharmacist", I said "Well 4, but they told me to say 8, after which the first guy broke in and said that something happened and our line with the pharmacist got disconnected and then reminded me that I was supposed to just say "8". How weird is this?

He reconnected me with another "pharmacist" and I told them that I was instructed to say 8 even though it was 4. Then the first guy broke in AGAIN reminding me to "just say 8".

I led them on for a while but they eventually got tired of me not giving them the answers they wanted and hung up on me.

I'm 100 percent certain that this is some sort of scam, likely on the Medicare prescription end, and think I will report it as such to Medicare also.

Problems and RUDE

I was called by these people and ended up having them take care of my medications, but then they kept calling me to say they're having problems sending out my meds, and not informing me that one of my prescription wasn't available so I had to call the pharmacy in my area if they had it in stock. Then again a couple days I got a call stating that they were having issues with sending out my medications again. So I called and they didn't know what was going on, so I decided to cancel and have all my medications back to a local pharmacy. And the customer personnel name Lawrence became rude and told me that he will cancel my orders but I had to let Walgreens call them to transfer all my medications back to them. BEWARE if you are thinking of having EXACTCARE handle your medications.

Deceptive sales tactics

This company keeps leaving messages stating that we have spoken before and they are my pharmacy but they need to get my personal medical information. They are NOT my pharmacy and never have been. They have tons of one star ratings from folks complaining about deceptive sales techniques and harassment with repetitive unwanted calls. They also have tons of complaints for incompetent service. Stay far away from ExactCare.

Just don't

EXTRACARE PHARMACY...
Do not use them. They promise service after reviewed all my medications diagnosis and local pharmacy records, and then call almost a week later and tell you that you don't fit there program without clarifying the requirements. I have requested that they destroy all of my information, do not sell my information and requested a list of any third parties that they have shared my information and a written statement saying that. Word of advice... just don't try them.

Relentless, Non-stop Calls! Will not remove me from the list!

Not a customer and never have been. Randomly, I started receiving calls from India, endlessly trying to sell me this company's services.

The cold callers never identified who they were representing and always called from random numbers but relevant area codes in my tri-state area.

It was always the same. "How are you?" "Do you have diabetes?" "Are you on medicare?" Age, date of birth and then they wanted to know specifically which medications I was on.

No matter how many times I've tried. I have never been able to be removed from their calling list. These fools call sometimes four to eight times a day! Its relentless!

Being nice, respectful and then firm, angry, glib, sarcastic or indifferent does not work! They say you'll be removed but never are!

Eventually, I simply started to play along. Appropriate sounding birth date, had to look up diabetes meds to tell them what "I'm on" (I don't have diabetes or even medicare whatsoever). Finally, I was passed on to a "supervisor" who was delighted to speak with me about how they, (ExactCare) would handle my medication deliveries. I found out this was ExactCare by calmly asking the supervisor questions.

Tried every which way to convince her that I don't want the service. She "understood my problem" but continued to sales pitch me regardless of my objection to being endlessly harassed by ExactCare!

Went to ExactCare's website, found a number, called, spoke with someone who insisted on my date of birth before she could even "handle removing me from the calling list" OUTRAGEOUS!

She would not remove me and even asked if there was "anything else she could help me with!"

Do not bother with this company! Fake phone numbers with official looking caller-id - DOJ, Dept of the Army, realty companies, law firms ....

At my wits end on how to get rid of this place from the endless calls!

When i first signed up I thought it was…

When i first signed up I thought it was awesome, someone called me on the phone and talked me into it... After a few months they started harassing me and I thought I did something wrong! I looked at the ratings and all of them were 1 star reveiws... They took me off their program with out telling me and with out my medication i ended up in the hospital the hospital ordered my meds at a local pharmacy then they called the next day screaming at me because my doctor did that, If they had mailed my meds I wouldnt have been in the hospital!
Then i noticed a bunch of fake 5 star reviews and 1 star reveiws eing laft at the same time. it looks like they did this to everyone at the same time and hired 5 star ratings bc they knew
