In planning our wills/estate planning, Victoria was invaluable in both outlining the differences between UK, English and Swiss law and making sure we structured everything correctly. We were very happy with the advice and service we received and we have recommended her to other English colleagues.

Victoria rewrote my will after my wife’s passing in 2018. It was professionally and efficiently done and involved a face to face meeting at my home. I am happy to give a 5 star rating.

Its a not exactly a joyous subject to make a will but I wanted to make sure my wishes and my family are taken care of in the event of my passing.

Victoria was a great partner in this process. She is extremely competent in this area. She is empathetic and very professional. Victoria helped shape some of our ideas into more practical text. She was great at explaining the legal consequences of some of our plans which helped us to drop some ideas and fine tune others.

Our objectives, were to have a will that minimised the burden and the potential for debate/argument for those that survive us . We also wanted a framework that is legally workable and in line with our wishes. I am pleased we have completed the process. There is more nuance to the law than I imagined; here Victoria was a valued partner to explain and guide but she always left the final decisions in our hands. Due to her deep experience, she could share valuable insights of what areas can be problematic which we found very useful.
