Great service, very responsive and pushed our transaction through very quickly.

Our sale went well but our purchase of a new build wasn’t.
The buyers solicitors in the chain wanted a completion date which we couldn’t give, but Emily Pinder reassured everybody in the chain that our purchase would go through in time.

Lots of communication from the whole team at Evolve, whenever we emailed they would respond quickly answering our questions and queries as first time buyers. Teigan has been very helpful, keeping us in the loop with what’s been going on and the app and portal have been very beneficial for us to know where we were in the process and what was still needing to be completed.

There is one area for improvement, the notary service for foreign nationals who are not resident in the UK. It would be nice to do this in the same way like ETA instead of a lot of paperwork that costs extra.
