Efficient service everything went smoothly thanks

I couldn't not recommend Evolve Law enough to anyone buying/selling a property. This is our second time using evolve and both times they have been an absolute delight to deal with. We dealt predominantly with Chloe and we sold our shared ownership home and purchased our new home outright, despite the process being a complicated one Chloe fought our corner all the way. The communication was fantastic, the app that helps you track the process every step of the way and the regular contact through emails and phone calls to keep us updated, there was never a point where I didn't feel up to date on our move. Whilst there were large parts of our move that felt extremely frustrating due to other parties, Chloe managed to find solutions that helped the keep the process moving. I can't thank Evolve and Chloe enough for the level of service we have received in what has been a long and drawn out process (once again, out of Evolve's control) and for what they've done in able to get us over the line in this move.

What a wonderful team. They were 101% professional and caring. They understood my concerns and weaknesses in technology. Their super speed in dealing with problems accurately on the sale of my home. 100% on board to make sure my new build part exchange went to plan, Laura worked her magic for me to move into my new build. I can’t thank Laura M enough. I will still bug her to guide me in downloading apps etc, to get my documents off line.

Really good

This was my second time with Evolve Law, after buying my house a few years ago, and now selling it and purchasing a property with my partner.

I honestly couldn't recommend them more - they were so good every step of the way, from quick and easy to understand quotes at the beginning to regular check ins along the way. There's a portal where all the documents are uploaded which was really easy to use and you can see things progress.

Ours was a particularly long process (through no fault of Evolve) and they were so helpful, explaining each stage as we got to it. We spoke mostly to Suzette and Tom who were nothing short of brilliant, funny, and so human through what was a stressful and complex process.

We're getting settled into the new house now and honestly I hope we never move again! But if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to get back in touch with Tom & Suzette :)

We had Chloe manage our case.

Having already moved from one provider due to poor service we were a little hesitant to start process again But Evolve Law were excellent managing our process and providing us with advice. We were using our legal power of attorney to purchase and sell a house.

Throughout Chloe kept us informed, managed difficult messages to us when there was need, as inevitably with house moves it’s never simple. She was empathetic and clear, she sort clarity where we required it. When she was away made sure our case was managed by another member of the team. And we were advised who that would be. All telephone appointments were prompt. Chloe was never late for any appointments.

All employees have on email signature dates of leave which I found very helpful.

Chloe was excellent at explaining the legal jargon of some of the paperwork and was overall brilliant and efficient.

Generally house transactions seem poor, no way to know who is at fault for this.

The whole process went very smoothly. Sometimes there was a long waiting time for an email reply, but after making the call, the answer was immediate.
