Great personal service
Great personal service. Jack sourced a fairway wood specific to my needs at a good price and when it came to upgrading to my Motocaddy M5 GPS DHC electric trolley they were fantastic. Couldn’t see myself going anywhere else for golfing gear. Evolution will match a competitors price and I still get terrific service.

Great customer service
To begin with, their pricing was very competitive, and the ordering process was straightforward, with next-day delivery included. But what really proved their quality was how they handled an issue: the wrong trolley was sent initially, but as soon as the return was confirmed, the correct replacement was shipped immediately. They even upgraded the delivery to a Saturday slot, so I still received it the next day ready to play on Monday.
So far, Evolution Golf has been a 10/10 experience for me — highly recommended.

After service went from terrible to excellent
Ordered over £2300 of equipment from this place. My *free.gift* of a umbrella holder for my £1000 trolley never arrived. Contacted them on numerous occasions and *it's just arrived, it was *out of stock* we're posting it today etc etc etc. Still waiting on it months later. Will never shop here again all because of a £30 umbrella holder.
Got contacted direct by Jack at Evolution who went above and beyond to resolve issue. The missing item has been posted today and are being delivered tomorrow by DPD and have proof of delivery. Along with this Jack included a great gesture of TP5 balls. Customer service has went from 1 star to 5 stars within 24 hrs. If anyone has any issues with evolution golf I suggest you contact them and ask to speak to Jack Williams direct who will resolve ASAP.
