Failed to inform me my order had not…
Failed to inform me my order had not been fulfilled, due to not having the colour in stock. When chased offered a £5 discount if I waited, which I accepted. I again had to chase up another week later. Order was just being dispatched. Product delivered the next day. Awaiting my £5 discount.

Really good customer service
Although there was a delay with the driver, which was due to Callaway supplying the incorrect shaft flex, the guys at Evolution were very helpful and even hand delivered it to me to mitigate the delay.

Package arrived and box was a little damaged. Whilst product was undamaged a small ancillary part was damaged. Emailed Evolution Golf and within 10 mins they had responded and within 30 mins and a couple more emails, all was sorted with a new part in the post. The best service is demonstrated when things aren’t quite right and based on this experience would definitely use Evolution Golf again.

Sadly the relatively simple buying process was let down by parcelforce delivery method. No timescale offered and had to stay in the whole day. Poor against other courier service providers
