Utter dreadful, checked in advance and told it would ship direct and within 3 days. 5 days have gone by and no money, no bike and no communication.
Im obviously a sucker, 3rd time getting screwed by this ridiculous company, Everything is a hassle, especially in stores, very little holding stock of anything useful...
Staff are often talking to each other while i used to stand at the counter just waiting to be served.

1 of the 2 big bike shops ... both EVO and t7 are hopeless at service.

Got what I want at great prices, or they get it pretty quickly a great range of components for me.

Hideous service from arrogant staff members in the Palmerston North store. Ordered online and had bike delivered. Rear shock started collapsing without being ridden. After initially trying to get a refund which they refused (What consumer guarantee Act?) It took 4 trips in and out to get out resolved. 2nd trip they claimed nothing was wrong with the shock, took it home, shock collapsed again.
Took in a third time, told they would replace the shock. I gave them a time frame for when I'd need the bike. It wasn't ready by then and staff constantly trying to fob off responsibility with no willingness to go the extra mile to make it work for us. After applying pressure to them, they fixed the issue in under an hour... why they couldn't have done this straight off the mark blows my mind. 5 weeks, 4 trips in and out, lots of stress! Evo Cycles are corporate Scum. Do not purchase a cycle through them. They soured the entire process through terrible customer service.

They always have great variety and good stock levels. Pricing is reasonable and competitive.

Ordered a helmet on line. Delivered next day, Can't ask for more.

Evo at Westgate’s a great store. Adam was very patient and helpful with our first e-bike purchase. Highly recommend.

Fast response to a query and helpful in locating part needed across stores.

I was trying to find a brake bleed kit for my wifes old mountain bike, it was proving to be quite problematic but Ruben at Evo cycles was onto it and we walked away with all that we needed to do the job.

They responded quickly to my query regarding a size of tyres they had on the website. They were 22 x 1 3/8 described as wheelchair tyres but also the size I needed for a vintage bike. Because evo had the tyres I could go ahead and buy the bike. I then ordered the tyres and couldn't believe how quickly they arrived. No other tyres of this size showed up as being in NZ so a bit of luck came into it !

The customer service was excellent! I felt like my business was welcome, and his service was thorough.

Booked in for a last minute service just before Christmas holidays and they managed to accommodate me then were even ok with me forgetting to bring the bikes in a day early, they still got the work done on the same day. Staff were awesome and extremely friendly. Bought the bikes here as well and everything has been great so far. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Broke a seat post clamp the day before Suffer. The chap at Evo Rotorua thought the shelf one wouldn't fit and he found one "out the back" that fitted perfectly and he didn't charge us. Thoroughly impressed with his help and knowledge.

I purchased a HiViz vest and jacket. Thanks for providing sizes for the more chunky cyclist. I am not your average size 12 cyclist but still want to look the part and be seen on the roads.

Dealing with Scott at the Marshlands store and Max at the Papanui store. I found them both extremely helpful and Max in particular gave me unbiased and helpful advice. Thank you both

So I phoned the Orewa store to see if they could help. They were very accommodating, said bring it in and we’ll have a look. It took them 5 minutes to fix what Britomart should have got right the first time. Matt and his team were fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend this branch (not Britomart)
