Terrible never got my order and no one answers the phone.

Ordered an air conditioner 5/26 and the order still had not been processed as of 6/2. They gave an estimated delivery date of 6/4. Not quite sure how that can be done when the order had not been processed on the 2nd. I cancelled the order after I was on hold for over 20 minutes trying to talk to them about the order. I have been a customer for several years and will not do business with them again

Worst company I ever did business with. Darla in credit dept very rude and cant listen to customer needs. She yells at you and acts rude I gave all my call recorded. Dont buy from them they are not transparent.

They sent my order in a beat up box. The bottles contained liquid which was wrapped in paper so the contents oozed all over to he box. No resolution offered.

I shopped here for a year and loved it, then one day it stopped letting me or even though I still have payments going to them, the reason was that someone that lived in my house before me owed them money. That is the most ignorant thing I ever heard I never missed a payment and would buy a lot more from them . I assured them that no one in my house by that name lived here. I moved in 6 months ago. But because they could not find another address for him I have to pay..

Many people have had bad experiences with evine which is now ShopHQ.. I have been using evine for 2 years.. never had a problem.. love their 6 flex payment option.. always great customer service

Hard credit pull done without my consent. Woman on phone while ordering did not tell me this and could have and should have. I will stick with QVC. No ugly surprises.

Evine customer service and web live chat are very professional and well mannered. Gave me fast response and nice about everything, I will continue to do business with Evine. 5 STAR from me

Since 2005 I have purchased ISOMERS skin care from ShopNBC/SHOP HQ /Evine. LOTS. And sometimes a computer, watches, shoes and other expensive items. This FRAUD of a so called company had the gall to check my credit, affecting my credit score, even after my CC was stolen! And I had already called to give them the new one and explained...but oh nooo, they didn't get it right and apparently still sent me to collections?! I tried to do it myself on _My ACCOUNT in their website-put in the new CC, and their system won't allow it. Now, it says I can get value pays or purchase. I really just smiled at this point...I was truly the most loyal Isomers customer, literally thousands and thousands of dollars. Purchasing every time they presented. I smiled because I actually felt RELIEF, I will MAYBE order directly from Isomers, in the future. We will see, because they keep jacking up their products at crazy prices with Evine compared to their European prices (@other shop-online co.) I mean jacked up to the tune of $300 more for a serum!! what a low influence they can have on their long time vendors. This is the greatest example of usurious, devaluing of loyalty, customer uncare and ungratefulness. So bad and sad for Isomers to be associated with their kind.

Evine is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I received a countertop oven as a gift and the rotisserie forks were missing. After a week or two of emails going back and forth "proving" I owned the oven they still refused to send me the missing pieces that should have been included with the oven even after jumping thru all of their hoops. Send a picture of the oven to prove I had it etc. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM EVINE THEY DO NOT STAND BY ANYTHING THAT THEY SELL. IF YOU ARE THINKING OF ORDERING A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FROM EVINE PLEASE DON'T! The missing forks would probably cost them around $5 but they would not send the missing items.

I didn't even wanna give Evine one star but did, since I can't do zero stars. I placed an order for a laptop a few nights ago and chose to pay with Evine's payment installment plan, well Evine went ahead and took the required down payment off my card and I received an email confirming that my order is processing and should be in my home by Nov 28, so I thought great, all is good...Not! After going back on Evine's website to look for something, I happen to check my order status and saw that my order has been cancelled and now I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded back to my card and after contacting Evine, I was told my refund wouldn't be back on my card til Nov 25th, and I wasn't even given a reason to why they cancel and why would Evine take my money and send me an email confirming delivery date and then cancel my order without even letting me know. All I can say is that Evine sucks big time!

Awful company. I purchased an expensive watch for my husband's birthday, and the watch was defective. Evine would not take it back because it was over the 30 days, although the watch had been opened less than a week ago. Customer Service throw the policy at you, without consideration of any special circumstances. Clearly they value revenue over customer satisfaction. Bottom line, I'm out of my money and my husband without the watch. This will be my last dealing with Evine.

I purchased a watch that was aweful and returned the very next day. They claim the item was never received back to them. Refused to pay, and started to receive collection calls. My word against theirs, I ended up trying to pay. What a cluster mess that was. Called to pay, was given a balance, transfered to another department to make the payment. Was told that the account was closed and couldn’t pay on it. Was given another number to call, told they couldn’t take my payment and was given ANOTHER number to call. Again, was told I couldn’t make a payment because it was closed. I called back the original number I called and guess what, the balance that was owed, was half of the amount from my original call fifteen minutes before. Spent 25 minutes on line with many numbers to get absolutely nowhere. I wish I would have looked at prior reviews for this company before I placed the order. Not only did the product suck, but the customer service was Horrible!! I do not recommend anyone ever order anything from these people!

I love the flex pay option. They offer high quality merchandise. My products always arrive before the expected delivery date. They have great customer service. I like that I can watch them on TV, or, simply check my emails for the latest sales. Love the Skinn, skin care line. I can't say enough about how great this skin care line is and how much these products have changed the health of my skin. The gold sales, they make a girl smile. It is wonderful to be able to spoil yourself, without breaking the bank. You just look like you did. Fabulous <3

Company is fantastic as far as polite customer service, and love the Company flex pay, however they lost a Tiffany floor lamp and made no effort to replace or offer discount on sale , vary angry the way they handled lost in transit product , Heartbroken over invicta Now made in China 🇨🇳 will not buy junk and my collection is now stopped, $50 dollars mineral dials are new norm , maybe sales will drop $400 For made in China 🇨🇳 is a no go
