Dr. Glenys is both caring, understanding and extremely knowledgable in regards to Women’s Health, immediately putting you at ease during the consultation. If, you have any trepidation seeking help with the most intimate of concerns you will immediately find yourself opening up to her. Not only is she gentle and understanding during the exam, she is thorough and explains any diagnosis in ways you can understand. Her follow up to your GP is immediate. I can’t thank her enough for getting me on the right track to recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Glenys especially if you want to be seen by someone who is so caring and compassionate. She really is the best!

A invaluable service for anybody ho has struggled to get an appointment for perimenopause or to be taken seriously by their own GP. Appointments are not rushed and everything is set up to make the experience as easy and straight forward as possible. On-line prescriptions, reviews etc.

My own GP surgery has been helpful with my menopause care, but needed to refer me to a menopause specialist. Unfortunately there is a long waiting list and a backlog of patients at my local NHS menopause clinic, so I approached EveryWomanHealth.
I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Quartey-Irwin within a few weeks.
I found her warm, approachable, knowledgable and responsive to my wishes. She responded to an email in a timely manner when I needed to clarify something.
She has communicated with my GP and prescribed preparations available on the NHS, so I can return to NHS care when a specialist is not needed. My own GP surgery has supported me by providing the blood tests required.
I only wish that there was more provision of NHS menopause specialist clinics in my area, to make this type of care more accessible to all.

Dr Quartey-Irwin is a breath of fresh air. Not only is her bedside manner kind, supportive and professional but she also knows what she is talking about! For me, who has been given the runaround by several inexperienced and misinformed GPs over the years, that is vital.

She took a full medical history from me, listened to my concerns and then formulated a plan to help. I had the medication I required the next day and I have subsequent appointments and blood tests scheduled in.

It is sad that I am having to pay privately for this service when I am not asking the impossible of the NHS; Dr Quartey-Irwin by her own admission is an NHS GP and If I was her patient, I would be getting this treatment as a matter of course. However, I consider myself extremely lucky to have both the means to fund this and to be in the correct geographical location to access her service and I would recommend anybody in the same position as me to seek her services without delay.

Dr QI was amazing, my first time going to a private doctor, well worth it. Just waiting for my prescription to kick in. NHS have tried to help me but with covid I felt I was left to my own devices. If this treatment works it will change my life.
