I made an enquiry with Everywhen three weeks ago and found a better quotation elsewhere and booked on the day. Today, for reasons I find difficult to understand? they have suddenly started sending me repeated emails, half from the company and half from a named individual. I have tried to unsubscribe from both but it doesn’t respond.
I have emailed back to tell them to stop but this is not working either.
As I write this I have received another five emails, 15 so far in the last hour!

Everywhen / Towergate was great and easy to deal with. HOWEVER - The claims handlers they use (Basset Gallagher) are the worst company I have ever dealt with and do everything they can to delay and prevent making payment on legitimate claims.
For this reason I cannot recommend any purchase of insurance from Everywhen (Towergate).
Towergate staff have not helped me to handle this dispute. And 4 months later the claims team have still avoided paying medical invoices leaving me to foot the bill even after they charged me an excess!

It was a straight forward experience to renew my caravan insurance for the next year.
The young lady who I was speaking to was very pleasant and helpful.

We have been with Everywhen for 4 years. They used to be Towergate.
I have found them polite and patient on the telephone. A young lady Jordan rang me today to renew my caravan insurance. They had sent renewal out in the post but I never received them. I don’t blame them I blame Royal Mail.
Anyway Jordan went through everything with me.
The quote was roughly £100 more than last year. When Jordan told me I nearly feel off my chair!! BUT after I asked if that was the best quote, she managed to get it down cheaper than last year by 55p!!! Winner winner if you ask me!!
Never had to claim, so I can’t leave a review about that.
Would I recommend them, I must certainly would!!

Worst insurance brokers I have ever dealt with. Becuase they have changed their name for the umpteenth time all their emails went to spam. However instead on reaching out by phone to check why they had no replies they just did nothing. In addition I have had to chase multiple times to be re-imbursed on excess of no fault claim and again nothing. Will not be using them for any further insurance

Very Poor service. Dont waste your time with them.
I would score zero if I could.
I have been trying to get an insurance quote from them. Which when I tried to do online directed me to ring them. Spent nearly an hour on the phone and was told had to go to underwriters and someone will ring me back same day. No call back. A few days later I followed up and they spent ages just trying to find my account. Again after a long time on phone told me someone will ring me back in upto maximum 2 days. No call back. Again I rang 4 days later to be told Again can't find account and alot of waiting until they finally did and then again said someone will ring me back but cant say when. I had rang a few other companies and did not experience anything so shoddy, disappointing and disorganised as this. Will never go to them again.

Wasted an hour of my life with a fairly rude quote advisor who refused to clarify a very ambiguous wording in the policy terms (a fair and simple question which went to the heart of what I was seeking insurance for). Having gone ahead with the quote anyway and saying he'd email it to me, he didn't, so the whole thing was a complete waste of time.

The call handler was very professional had a great knowledge and answered my many questions. She listened and created a tailored home insurance for me. I’m very pleased with the quote and will use when my old policy runs out

I have never been able to successfully log in to my online account.
Every login attempt tells me my password is incorrect and directs me to reset it. During the reset process, postcode verification is required, but the system repeatedly rejects the postcode, even though it is correct. This issue has persisted for many years, meaning I have never been able to access my account.
More concerning is that on the new website, attempting to contact the company also requires logging in first. As a result, I am repeatedly locked out and effectively prevented from accessing my account and from contacting customer support at all.
This is not a simple password reset problem, but a fundamental flaw in the login and verification system that leaves customers completely excluded. I am posting this review publicly in the hope that the company will finally acknowledge the issue and provide a proper resolution.

The worst customer service I've experienced. Was trying to renew my policy, got connected to Sangh, diabolical service, had to give up. Will not be renewing with them. I do not recommend using Everywhen for buildings insurance.

Took payment early for policy renewal which I canals and then told it would take 60 days to refund. Person thought it was funny that I would be charging the company interest on the money which they took without authorisation
