Deducting a star due to unjustified (IMO) increased cost.

My experience with Everypaw has so far been reasonably positive. In my previous review I had given 3 stars as I cannot see why people give high scores simply because it was easy to get insured; of course it will be, its 'sales'. However I had been pleased that they appeared 'transparent' and honest in my case at least. It had been said that if I made a claim my premium would likely double. I did have to claim on a suspected, not confirmed condition and so my premium did double. There has not been a reoccurrence of this possible condition, nor any other and so I have not had to make any claim in the previous insured period, however my premium had now increased by a smidgin over 50%. All insurance companies have their standard reasons for this and some that are laughable. My claims were dealt with quite smoothly but the cost will make me look elsewhere, pre-condition or not.

Bunch of thieves

My daughter had her lab insuref for 11yrs with this useless bunch with £2000 pounds cover but only £500per condition.when her dog collapsed and had to be put down at a cost of£601 was payed out only £330 because the dog was over 8 yrs old avoid this bunch of bandits at all costs

Worked well for the first 2yrs on a…

Worked well for the first 2yrs on a lifetime policy. Then the price jumped nearly 50%.
We had no claims in the previous year, and they gave an explanation of rising prices. I said I would have to leave, but they warn you that you will not be covered for pre-existing conditions. My dog has none. Their exact policy price online was cheaper than my last year's price.
So for me I would say be careful. Looks good at first but then the hike the charges up and up.

Well at long last - Pet Insurance made easy

Well at long last, pet insurance made simple. Registering my claim was simple and took only a couple of minute. Received an acknowledgement within a few hours and 4 days later, confirmation that I'll be paid out and confirming the amount.
Exceptionally efficient!

Only just started this pet insurance but the information given so far on how to keep puppy safe & well cared for even as an experienced fur mum is superb as it’s a nice refresher.

I got my renewal bill from you,far too…

I got my renewal bill from you,far too dear, so went on line, got it with you cheaper than my renewal .
Then on the same day got letters from you,
1. Thank you for interest your 1st payment with,,,, still not taken out of my account.
2. We're very disappointed you are not renewing your ins with us.
I'm confused .com, as you have not taken any money from my account l don't know now if my little dig is insured or not.

Only just purchased this insurance had no need to use it so far and hopefully never will! It was an easy journey purchasing the product and hope it’s as great as it is advertised.
