DO NOT order from this company. I bought a beautiful paint by numbers painting. They did not provide enough paint. I have been trying to get more for almost 2 months. I have a beautiful painting that is 3/4 finished and I cannot finish it. I wasted my money, time and talent. I am so upset and frustrated! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I have been trying to contact your customer service department coz I have received a wrong product but no one is replying my email. Maybe this is the first and last time I am gonna buy products from this site, worst online shopping experience with everydaydealz.co.in, this company is fraud and they cheating public please do not buy anything.

Do not buy anything from this company!! I purchased 5 different 5d diamond artwork, and they all looked like crap! I got 2 with quotes on them, and you can't even make out the words. All of them had different colors than they were supposed to have. When I mentioned that I wanted a refund/return them. The policy is it has to be done within 2 weeks... it took almost 8 weeks to receive it. All they said was sorry "Since the DIY work is done by computer, there will be a little difference with the real photo" I told them there was a huge difference. They offered me a $4 coupon for a future purchase. I told them that I didn't want that and I'd be leaving a review. The rep then replied and offered $5, and tried to make me feel bad by saying her boss would punish them if I did not accept it.

Placed order for glass cutter on 26 June - received 15 July. Packaging was used and held together with parcel tape. Item also looked used and was very poor quality. Immediately requested return and refund. To date have requested refund four times. Each request receives an auto response re delivery times and tracking, followed by an auto request to rate customer services! Under no circumstances would I recommend that anyone purchase from this company.

Bought your product on June first and I still haven't gotten it so now since theres no way to contact you well I'm going to get in contact with my credit card company and have my money put back 7 weeks is to long to wait for anything and not hear a dam word from you will never get another thing from your company you suck big time

I placed my order on April 4th for 6 “paint by diamond” canvases and paid about $60 for my order. Due to Covid-19 I expected my order to take while to receive and had been waiting patiently. My tracking info said that my package was in LA, CA on April 17th, but I when I checked again on April 23rd nothing had changed, so I emailed customer service. They replied with “Thank you for your mail.
We have helped you consult the shipping company, they told us that your parcel has reached customs, and waiting for clearance.
But the tracking information haven't update by the shipping company timely.
It will need more days to clear Customs, but it is normal, So please don't worry, and wait another few days.”

So I waited; I waited another week, checked the shipping again, still no movement. So I emailed again and got another excuse; “Thank you for your reply.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Due to the impact of the epidemic, many logistics are unable to go.
Therefore, the transportation time of some parcels may be affected.
But don't worry, we will deliver your package safely.
We will be responsible for your package to the end.

Needless to say I still haven’t received my package, and I’ve sent several other emails since requesting a shipping update or a refund, but all are being denied. Also, my tracking information changed from being in LA, CA to only leaving China. The company seems to adjust the tracking info on their end, which screams fake and fraudulent company.
All responses from customer service are the exact same, which means they copy and paste a reply and ignore the problem.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING MONEY AWAY. I’ve joined a Facebook group specifically for EverydayDeals and while some have received packages, there are a lot of people who haven’t, who received incomplete packages, or items they didn’t order.

The only downside is that they are a bit more expensive compared other websites, BUT DO IT!!!
the quality is amazing on my paintings, and the shipping was so quick that I didn't even have to do a check on where my package was before it had arrived in the mail!
