The product advertised on FB looked nothing like the one I received. A 3D model printed is more aligned to what I received. A total scam! By the way the lamp caught fired and melted the bottom base. F... Mehr ansehen

EVERGLO “Stained” Glass Crap- Complete GARBAGE.
EVERGLO - falsely represent the products they are selling on Facebook! It’s a MAJOR SCAM, to be avoided!
Advertised a custom stained glass, the item was a fraction of the advertised size (size of a pop can), made with plastic and appeared to have been done by a toddler! Something that a dollar store couldn’t sell! Claiming that the owner of this reputable company had died recently, and his widow was selling everything as she just couldn’t continue on!
Photos are great evidence, unable to add here!
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. This lamp was described as stained glass, and the photos in its description show the construction process as individual glass pieces being carefully put together. These are made of cheap, one-piece molded plastic that look NOTHING like the photo when you order, and NOTHING like stained glass. They don't glow as the photos depict (a couple of fairy light bulbs inside cheap plastic doesn't even remotely make them look like the lamps on the website). Now to see if I actually get my refund or if I have to do a chargeback with my bank instead. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY!!
One star is too good for this company
One star is too good for this company. It is a total scam. The website and order tracking looks impressive but what you get is a small cheap plastic lamp - not the large stained glass artistically handcrafted lamp they show on the website. The 30 day money back guarantee is also false. You will not get your money back. You just keep getting the same form email response back. I found the same lamp that arrived from Everglow for sale on Temu and Temu was only charging $15, not the $80 on Everglow.
Deceptive marketing photos and terrible quality.
Tracking did not work. When it arrived, it was less than half the size depicted in the marketing photos. Plugged it in and it stopped working after one day! Now not getting answers about the "30 day money back guarantee".
SCAM
SCAM! Received product not what is advertised. Do not buy!!
Everglowtoronto lamps is a scam
Everglowtoronto lamps is a scam. The lamp is NOT glass, but made of cheap, molded plastic and half the size. It is not even close to what is being advertised!
NOT AS EXPECTED
When something sounds too good to be true it nornally alwsys is not, as it the case with these stained glass dog lamps.
I ordered the “Corgi” at the discounted price for $79.99. They had the original
price showing at $399.50! That should have been a “red” flag, but I was fooled by them saying it as an clearing out, going out of business sale, so I figured it might be true. Anyway, the “Track Your Order” was constantly updated on the movement of my order and it took a likktlevover 2 weeks to finally arrive by shipping company called “UniUni”., all good. BUT, when I opened the package, I was dissappointed to see that it WAS NOT made of stain glass!!! It was actually made of coloured composite plastic! Then I knew why it was cheap, but now seeing, it actually is probably worth only $20 - $25!! Actual size was 6”H x 5”W. Anyway, the little lamp is cute, so I just decided to just keep it and avoid all the hassel of returning it and just write of my overpayment as a lesson learned.
Avoid this dropshipping scam company
This company is a dropshipping scam company that operates under several different names. "Ever Glow" posts ads on Facebook with a sob story about an elderly couple who made lamps, where the old man "Norm" passed away and the widow is selling off existing stock before closing the business. Now look up "Mr glow lamps" and see the same story but it's not Norm, it's Blake. Etc.
They use classic scam traits like big sales that end soon and show stock that is almost depleted. Meanwhile reviews on the other companies range from no items received, to receiving poor quality items made in China rather than hand made items from Toronto.
This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. The pictures are nothing like what you get. It’s a tiny plastic piece of junk. Don’t fall for their trap and false advertising.
Everglow Toronto “Stained Glass” website a scam from China
Wrong order was delivered, even though it was correctly ordered. Website was a complete scam. Turns out product is made in China and is shipped from China, but the the Facebook website made it appear as if it was from Toronto. It’s a total scam. It has nothing to do with the sob story that they portrayed online with the husband deceased and the wife having to close the stained glass business. Product isn’t even glass. It’s some type of hard resin plastic. Still trying to negotiate some type of resolution with a vendor I’m not holding out any hope.
