I had a pair of pants that were faulty. I emailed the customer service team for a replacement, expecting a little bit of a fight as one tends to get with warranty claims, but no! They took one look at my photo and said "yep, we'll send a replacement right now." Whole conversation was sorted in a minute. Imagine that? I'm floored.

Firstly I was under the impression I was supporting an Aussie company! The shoes I ordered came from Asia. Secondly, they are supposed to be orthopaedic, definitely not - a cheap thin spongy innersole with no support whatsoever. The shoes are thin and the material appears cheap and nasty. Unfortunately, I did not read the return policy before purchasing,(my fault) as it states they need to be returned to Asia and the cost is between $60 and $90. Definite waste of money, the shoes were $94. I will never purchase online again without researching the company first. Totally disappointed, both in the time it took to get here and the supplied product.

I’m impressed with the service! My order came earlier than expected and the packaging was neat. The item looks premium and feels comfortable.
