Tried to use the unit in craster carpark. Had several attempts, having created an account and loaded some credit onto the account before hand. Did not work ...charge was not initiated. This seems not... Mehr ansehen

Customer support was most helpful and answered our queries and provided detailed information on the portals, from a back office point of view.

Having no understanding how to navigate and use the charging point network , Cal made things very easy to sort.
Charged the car in Liverpool Kings dock. Charging started and stopped after 3 minutes. Was charged £12.50 for this.
I moved to another charger and that worked correctly.
I have been charged for both charging sessions , when the first one didn't work and lasted just 3 minutes. Hopefully trying for a refund and have sent an email. Looking at all the emails below I'm not hopeful.
Plus I have another 2 transactions pending in my bank account for the same day for 2 completly different amounts which I know nothing about.
Shocking service at Royal AirForce Museum London. Half of the charges stuck on blue light, QR codes missing or dont work. Ones that do work have no LEDs so you dont know. Ev online web page said charge started but for first 30 mins Tesla said no miles added. Paid £2.0+£0.50.£5 where £5 is for running over £2 for 1 hr charge. It cut off after hour but kept my £5😬 It was running at less than 3kwh and gave me 8 miles of supposed range after continuously slowing down or cutting out. EV online app said charging but Tesla app was more accurate and reflected what little service I was actually getting. I tried to contact them but you need transaction Id from an email they havent sent. Lucky I had charge on car, if youd travelled witj family and needed to charge to get home you would be stranded. Very poor service all round.

VERY poor service, had to deposit £25 up front. One of the charging points was listed as inactive so I used the active one and followed the instructions provided, it said online that it was charging as well as having the green light on the machine that stated it was charging and left it overnight only to find in the morning that it hadn’t charged the car AT ALL, admittedly it hadn’t drained the credit on my account but after looking for a better place to charge my car it has been a complete waste of money. I have emailed to see if I can get a refund for the £24.40 still sat in my account and haven’t heard anything back. PLEASE don’t use this company just look for another charging station if you can

An awful company, turned up at Hilton hotel in Chesterfield, couldn't get any of the chargers to work. Had to deposit £30 on my account on the assumption that the chargers would work, have emailed over a week ago and no reply! Will be reporting to consumer direct as seems to be a company not fit for purpose and taking people's money with no service provided!

Tried charging at Cannock Shopping Outlet, should have read the reviews first. Same experience, they took £25 for a charge that would not start, and now I cannot get any contact with them. The request for a refund through their website produces no action, I have tried twice. They must survive on taking money for no service in return. Don't try to charge there, they will take your money and fail to provide the charge.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Evcharge Online. I used their service at the Royal Air Force parking in London, where I was charged £13 for a service that failed to work.
Not only was the charging functionality non-operational, but my attempts to contact Evcharge Online for support were entirely futile. Numerous calls and emails went unanswered, leaving me without a resolution to the issue.
What is particularly frustrating is the lack of responsiveness and the absence of any effort on their part to rectify the situation. Despite my attempts to seek a refund for the malfunctioning service, there has been no acknowledgment or reimbursement from Evcharge Online.
This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their service, and I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Evcharge Online for their charging needs.

Had a very poor experience at Meadowhall green car park with charging my car. Took over an hour to sort out how to start the charge after realising the app wasn’t working. Money was taken from my card for a first -failed - charging attempt. Company did not answer the phone. Very poor customer service and an an app and website that were frankly pretty horrible to get to grips with. Do not rely on this companies chargers.
Topped up 10 pounds then found out charger does max 3 miles per hour charge. Just lost a tenner for nothing. Feels like i just got scammed.
Rubbish company keep emailing ref money they owe me without constant success delt with lots of EV companies never a problem profits from credit going in back pocket I think to pay for installation of points AVOID if you can
Nightmare trying to contact them!
They have £44 of credit from me and I have been trying to get them to refund me for the last 6 months. I get no response from their customer service
Tbf the charging functionality works well.

Im very surprised to see negative feedback about EVcharge.online customers services, they are really helpful and replied to all my emails with a very good help, thank you EVcharge.online
Don’t rely on them if you’re in a remote location! Paid £10 pre-payment to charge the car. Chargers extremely difficult to use with confusing website. Tried charging car in both Seahouses and Lindisfarne in Northumberland and failed miserably to get a charge. They then billed me for the pleasure of our stressful experience which caused us to have huge range anxiety, given the remote location. Customer service ignoring my emails. Terrible, unacceptable service.

Agree with other users that there is no way of communicating effectively with them, and despite the EV station stating they had an app, I couldn’t find it on the App Store. Wanted to withdraw the funds from my account but there’s no way of doing so, without requesting account closure. It’s all a bit rubbish when compared to other companies. Don’t bother.
I had been using EVcharge.online for several years on and off and managed to get by except that the public chargers near my home were constantly going offline for weeks on end.
The chargers have now been swapped to a different app and company (due to poor and unreliable service so I’ve been told by the owners).
I have sent 3 online requests in now to get my wallet balance refunded and account closed, but to date no reply and no refund!
I am going to give it 1 more week, then going to get bank to do a chargeback on the payment at EVcharges expense.

Charger not working been reported many times 2 months later and they still haven’t fixed it find a company that does its best for the customer
Tried to use their point at RHS Wisley but totally unusable. Several other people saying the same.
Money loaded on their cards but can’t use the points.
DONT EVER USE THEM. unless they refund me I am going to my credit card company using chargeback. Recommend everyone else does that.
To charge your car, you have to pay money into a wallet on their app & website, but when you want to get a credit back from your wallet, you have no way of doing so.
All emails and contact via their website has gone unanswered for over 10 days.
They still have my money and I can’t use it as the chargers in the locations I use have changed to a different app….where there is easy functionality to both add to and empty your wallet.
An update several weeks later...
I did eventually get my money back after managing to get hold of someone on the phone and threatening to go to the financial ombudsman. My card was credited within a few working days.
Simple functionality on the app will remove an immense amount of distrust.
