What I really like about eurotiles rustington is the service - whereas other trade retail outlets seem to turnover staff so often, this store has retained the same core of staff - and what a godsend. They have always been super helpful without exception. When a job relies on consistent supply and is helped by cheerful helpful service, I send my customers there knowing they'll be looked after . Wendy will be embarrassed at her mention as she's famously shy, yet her flower display is worthy of a prize!

We've just had a great experience visiting the Rustington store today and meeting some of the team. Firstly, thanks to Wendy for her assistance, knowledge and recommendations, Paddy for your talk and opinion on our potential purchase and Cliff for helping with moving our tiles to the car. A really nice time and, wow, what a selection of tiles to view. We plan to visit again for our porch and rear garden area.

Cliff & Wendy were very helpful in helping us choose our bathroom tiles. Sooooooo spoilt for choice but with expert knowledge from Cliff & Wendy it was made easy. Thank you both so much.

Cliff is a star! So helpful and very very patient. I am trying to figure out floor options for a full bungalow renovation and have been in several times changing my mind and getting different samples. Nothing is too much trouble and the service is amazing. Highly recommend.

Hi, Jeremy the bathroom designer at the Rustington branch was fantastic in all aspects of designing and supplying us with all products required to complete the job, also all other staff members within the branch where so helpful and great price for top quality materials.
We will be returning when we carry out our upstairs new bathroom in the near future.

I had a great experience when I visited the Rustington shop. I went over the basis to look after certain products and to have an ideia of the total cost. The gentleman that shown me around (Imre if not in mistake) explained and shown me a variety of product and advised according to my ideias and explained the materials, long term use and expectable issues over the years with the different materials. Very pleasant visit and extremely enriching experience.

Honestly, I highly recommend this company to anyone. I was just a bargain hunter who was after clearance sale tiles on Eurotiles & Bathrooms website. Twice I purchased a small number of tiles, both of a total value of £100-£200, and each time they treated me as if I was their most important valued customer. It's clear no order too small and they will definitely go the extra mile to help you. Be it by a telephone call or an email my enquires were promptly responded it was always extremely professional and helpful. My second order needed quite a tight delivery turnaround to my local branch, and of course, they achieved that at no extra cost. When collecting my order both times, the staff at the branch helped me load the tiles into my car. It's not just the service but their tiles are fantastic products! I love them - they are truly great products. I also didn't know they have such a great showroom until I went to the local branch to collect the tiles. Spacious and many quality displays were so inspiring. So glad that I came across and found this company online and also found the showroom. Thank you Aidan for your 5-star customer service for my online orders, and Sophie and her colleagues at my local branch for being so friendly and helpful. You all understood how stressful a house renovation project could be and thank you for your kind words and lots of encouragement!
