I placed an order and paid for it in full, but the item was never shipped or delivered. I did not receive any tracking information or shipping confirmation. I contacted the company multiple times asking about the status of my order and received no response at all — no email reply, no update, nothing. It has been [X días/semanas] since I paid and I still have no product and no communication from them.

Looking at other reviews here, I can see I'm not the only one: other customers report the exact same thing — paying and never receiving their order, or trying to cancel within hours of purchase and being ignored until the item had already shipped. This looks like a consistent pattern, not a one-off mistake.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this store unless you're prepared to risk losing your money with no way to get a response.

Tried cancelling an order only a few hours after purchase, 30th of August. No answer.

Then on September 3, shipping notice saying it’s on his way and they finally answer the email a few hours after that.

They think we’re idiot, like you have seen it the email, juste cancel it right away.

And this is my mistake, but same part on Amazon 50$, them 100$
