Ordered so many samples for my new build from different suppliers and at most I landed on one I would like. Genuinely want to order everything I received a sample of from heritage - absolutely stunning materials

The tiles themselves look good but customer service and delivery could be better. I ordered tiles from 3 companies at once another also had delay issues but their staff kept me informed, were apologetic and I felt did everything they could to get them to me asap considering my delivery needs. European heritage needed me to chase them to get updates several times failed to communicate with me and blamed external factors for delays without apology. They were not flexible with delivery needs nor sorry for how things have been. I don’t expect much just some courtesy and communication.

Love my tiles, great customer service from Ella, and amazing service from the lovely delivery driver who kindly carried my tiles up the stairs for me. Thank you!

I have made a few tile purchases from this company and can honestly say they have recovered my faith in online retail and customer service (after a few bad experiences). The tiles are gorgeous, the delivery was prompt and any questions I have had were answered efficiently.

Excellent customer service.
I made an order and quickly received an email to say when I should expect delivery (was given a large time slot). I responded to ask if a smaller time window could be given, and Ella was very helpful. She later followed up on my delivery and was quick to resolve an issue with some damage during delivery.
Highly recommend heritage tiles

I had some issues with some Ca'Pietra tiles that were broken on delivery, which I had ordered through European Heritage.

Ca'Pietra refused to accept that they were responsible for the breakages, despite them arranging the shipping, and they would not replace them without being paid again.

In the end, European Heritage agreed to fully pay for the replacements themselves even though it left them out of pocket.

The free tile sample that was sent is beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from this company!

I'm very impressed by how quickly I got my samples. They arrived, well packaged and protected. I'm still trying to decide on tiles, but I can see that these tiles are top quality and they have a high-end look to them. I'd definitely order from this company in the future.

Ordered some worktop samples, not yet pursued any order but wanted to comment on how fast they got the samples to me. In addition they are decent sized samples and were completely free - not even charged postage.

This is one of my favourite go to tile shops, they have a huge stock and all the MAPEI charts so you can choose your grout colour at the same time.

I ordered several tile samples from European Heritage. They arrived in different batches from suppliers which did not label them from European Heritage- so no way of tracking who they came from. Two tile sample orders were broken in transit. They were not packaged properly and were just put into an unprotected envelope. Does not bode well for a proper order- so will not be ordering from European Heritage.

Lovely tiles and excellent customer service. Samples arrived promptly and I then purchased some tiles online which were delayed due to an admin issue so as a goodwill gesture they upgraded the delivery to Next Day and refunded the postage - Highly recommended
