Dont buy anything here
First of all I would like to be very emphatic in asking that no one make any purchases on this site. I really don't know if it's a scam or if I've just been really underserved, the point is you don't have any guarantee on receiving your product.
I made a purchase of a product for a total of 145€, which is really a very expensive product and was an investment in myself.
They only accept bank transfer as a form of payment, which means that to place your order you need to pay them without any guarantee that you will receive your product. The site looks impeccable which conveys confidence and that's why I ended up making a big mistake.
A few days after confirming my order, I received an email indicating that my order was stuck in Germany and that I would have to pay something around 300€ because orders of this type need a specific license to pass through customs. I immediately got in touch with the site that said they had never gone through anything like that but they were willing to pay part of that license as long as I paid the other part. In conclusion, they wanted me to pay €200 on top of my already paid order of €145 to get a license that I was never told could be requested.
If I had been informed that my order couldnt arrive and I would have had the possibility of having to pay a license in that amount, I would NEVER have placed the order, because it is a value that I just cannot afford to pay, which I explained to them several times.
I then asked to be refunded the money or at least that tried to place a new delivery, this because they said they were willing to pay €100 for my share of the license. They said they didn't make refunds and they couldn't ship a new product as it wasn't their fault. WAS IT MINE?
It's absolutely surreal what I went through. I then asked that if they were willing to pay 100€ for the license that they pay it to me instead, as a refund, and then they stopped responding to me. They will not do anything to help me, or refund, or deliver the purchased product. They are asking for more money for this license, again without any guarantee that I will receive the product.
To sum up, I had a terrible service, a terrible experience and I have lost 145€. I really hope no one ever goes through what I went through, it's very disappointing to try to make an investment in yourself and see the money go to waste. Don't trust them. And I hope this publication helps because if I had read something like this before, I certainly wouldn't have placed the order.
