Had an application for a first time Central heating system. Quite a few problems at the beginning but the office were able to send another team to rectify everything and make all good. A fantastic boiler and radiators which will definatly make our home alot warmer this Winter

I have just had a new boiler fitted by EuroEnergy Group. the service has been first class! They kept me up to date through the process and never made m,e feel as though the questions I had were stupid or unnecessary. They offered me a specific make of boiler free of charge but when I explained I specifically wanted an Ideal Heating boiler they immediately agreed this could be done at a very small additional cost. The installation was completed in one day and my wife and I are delighted with our new boiler and the service we received. EXCELLENT SCHEME. EXCELLENT COMPANY. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

At first I couldn’t believe my luck at receiving a grant and it came at just the right time. Tasha and Leanne were absolutely lovely girls to deal with. Always helpful and explained everything. I didn’t need to really do much and when fitting day came (which was super quick) Tan the gas engineer was amazing!! He not only did the the job but went above and beyond. His attention to detail really reassured us! He grafted all day. Explaining how to set timer and everything else that went with it. The young lad fitting the insulation was polite and very hard working also (poor lad getting under our floor boards) .
Overall an extremely good experience and i would not have any problem recommending this company. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Really helpful engineers and office staff, only thing that let them down is the assessor who came could not answer lots of our questions and told us things would be done that on the day couldn't happen. New central heating put in within a day was an amazing achievement, though all our upstairs floors had to be removed again to secure properly.

Was sceptical at first as didn't believe that I could upgrade my heating for free but I needn't have been. The office staff were very helpful and kept me informed throughout. Within a week of the survey the electricians arrived to carry out the work. I had two storage heaters upgraded and two panel heaters installed upstairs. The lads were very polite and did the work really quickly. I was very impressed and now my house not only looks updated but is nice and warm 😊

The engineer was very polite and had his PPE on at all time . The work was very good and cleaned up after he finished. I. am very pleased in general with the boiler and would have gave 5star but from 28th of February I have been waiting for a engineer to come and sort the fault on boiler which is loosing pressure .

Two man team arrived promptly in the morning to carry out the work. Both worked and were finished by 3pm.The boiler fitter explained how to use the settings really well. Excellent service. Thank You.

This company did an excellent job very efficient when they say they’ll be there there there excellent. The gentleman who did the job where very efficient clean the down all where they worked excellent we would highly recommend this company from there first conversation with us we had nothing but concise information and very helpful information from all concerned. If I had to say anything we are still waiting for one of there engineers to contact us regarding the temperature device not sure if it’s me or the machine doing something wrong 😑 but they have said a gentleman is going to sort it out for us but once again an excellent company to deal with Thank you 😊 20/4/21 Hi I just wanted to say thank you 😊 your gentleman came yesterday and fixed the problem no hassle and very efficient very helpful and very easy to use so just to say once again this is a great company to deal with from the first contact to the finish THANK YOU 😊

Absolutely amazing company so happy with their service I applied on the Friday for the government grant a surveyor came on the following Wednesday and by the Friday I had a new boiler fitted and underfloor heating installed no disruption at all brilliant service, lovely boys came to do the work, and the customer service from Tasha at the office was above and beyond.
If you are thinking of applying please use this company absolutely amazing.

After being alerted to the energy savings grants, I completed a simple application online and was contacted swiftly by Euro Energy Group to discuss my requirement for loft insulation and storage heating.
Nothing was too much trouble for Joe the contractor from EEG who insulated my loft. Not only was he extremely professional but also careful to follow COVID-19 guidelines and did and neat and tidy job.
I had the pleasure of welcoming EEG back to install storage heaters that look wonderful. These two gentleman (Matt abs Richard) went above and beyond and I was most impressed. I urge anyone who qualifies to seriously consider applying for energy savings grants using Euro Energy Group. I know it sounds too good to be true but I guarantee you won’t regret it.

Marvellous customer service!Thought I needed new battery for Phillips Heartstsart.They quickly supplied correct new one,but then I discovered it was the machine cartridge at fault .So with no hassle they sent my original battery back and refunded me for the new one.Simple task which would have taken hours on the phone with many companies.Thanks to Emma,Lorna and Nicki brilliant job!!would recommend to anyone,great company
