Top class service and delivery was faster than speedy Gonzales

First time using Euorcell. The service was quick, friendly and helpful, and the staff was very knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

I think Eurocell is very good because their products are very good quality and value.

The staff are very polite and professional. They go the extra mile to get your order correct.

Fascia and guttering finally finished, superb customer service from the whole team at Wednesfield nothing was too much trouble even with the amount of changes and returns. Special thanks to Mark for going the extra mile for us!

Very happy with my order & product. I would have liked more direct communication from eurocell as to delivery time/information as I ordered online. I had to phone the company myself for a delivery date as I heard from no one. Apart from that all went smoothly, & overall happy & would use again

Let down by bad delivery driver who called just before delivery. I was out at the time and asked for the last delivery of the day to be made. I told driver l was 10 mins away and if he would wait. I was told no and he said he would leave goods worth over £300 outside my house. When l told him this was not an option he said he was going to take delivery back and get management to deal with it and hung up the phone. Very rude when l asked for his name he refused to say.

Not been delivered yet, when ordering it said everything was in stock, still don't know when my items are coming.
