I think Eurocell is very good because , helpful knowledgeable and come with solutions on complex jobs

I was looking for something specific and eurocell had got it,
it was so easy to order on line ,
and then I got a confirmation call and the following morning had my items delivered . The lads were friendly and very helpful.
I would advise anyone who’s looking for something to do with upvc to definitely give them a call

nothing is ever too much, if they dont have something that i need they do try to source from another Eurocell.

DON’T buy a UPVC door with premier paint.
More than disappointed that my door has faded to an unacceptable level. Why would they sell a door for £1000 and the paint fade so badly- not fit for the purpose. When I questioned it, the supplier claimed I’d used a chemical, which is a lie & totally unprofessional.
I only washed it down with water.
The framework has remained perfect. So why are they selling a door which doesn’t keep its colour like the frame. A warning to anybody considering an Antracite grey UPVC (or any premier paint- that’s 16 different popular colours, rosewood & Oakwood finishes and double glazed units)door- DONT DO IT.
It has now be pointed out that in the SMALL print there is only a 5 year warranty for certain paint finishes ( my door started deteriorating less than 6 months out of warranty, last spring & now a year later it’s awful )but the 25 year WARRANTY INFORMATION IS IN large print - guess what, that covers the cheap bits like the handles/ hardware!! There’s a surprise.
I also requested a restrictor when I bought it. When they did eventually provide me with one it didn’t fit. This door can’t work with a restrictor & they knew that. I think anybody selling doors need to be way more professional and have more confidence & knowledge in their product.
Would not recommend and would give zero stars if allowed. Please take note if you are considering their doors don’t & go elsewhere. Wish I could post a picture.

I went to my local branch of Eurocell in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a tricky problem! Each and everyone of the staff was involved in trying to help find a solution. They went above and beyond in their efforts to help. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch in particular.
