The operative l dealt with was really helpful. he explained the mistake l had made when ordering. he advised me to contact head office for a refund. my email was dealt with really quickly and the money returned to may account within hours. the correction was made to my order promptly. Very impressed with the whole process.

We had Eurocell quote for supply and build for a garden room. Robin Iles came to survey and quote. He was professional from the outset and talked us through the design and went through what Eurocell could offer. We both warmed to Robin due to his easy going approach and how he took time to understand what our requirements were. We were very surprised how quick the installation would take. Robin is an absolutely lovely fella and a pleasure to do business with. The install was completed by EWB who sent down Dan and Joe. Both excellent guys who were both respectful, hard working and did a fantastic job. We also had dealings with Michelle Peat Eurocell Administrator. The build went very smoothly even though the weather was appalling. We now have a fantastic garden room that looks amazing. I have to say the whole experience we had from the Eurocell team was 1st Class. Thankyou.

We enquired about a garden room and made an appointment for a site visit. Robin Iles arrived and what a star he is! He was so informative, and not at all salesy. From the point of order the whole process was seamless, communication excellent and at every stage we were kept informed. The installation team EWB worked so hard in hideous weather and left us with the most amazing garden room. Thank you one and all, highly recommend.

Good quality composite fencing however the service was shocking.Delivery did not turn up when it was suppose to and no phone call to explain why.The delivery turned up a week later and we were out (again no phone call),everything just left on the hardstand.We were overcharged twice and the manager tried telling us the price was wrong online.Their website informs you there are items in stock before you go and three times we have been there to be told the items are out of stock.They have still not updated their stock sheets as it is still saying 10 post inserts in stock and they dont actually have any.Terrible service

Robin gave great advise with no pushy sales. Gave us the pros and cons.
The installation team absolutely flawless turned up on the date agreed and worked until late evening and next day.
They kept us informed all the way.
The quality of the structure is fantastic.
I had done my research and one of this quality would be nearly twice the price.
Well done Robin and his team looking forward to sitting in my garden bar rain or shine

Iv been using eurocell mainly plymouth and saltash for the past 2 years,service from both these depots has been 5 star especially from the manager Paul hughes very helpful and very knowledgeable.
