Phoned the company as I couldn't find what I was looking for online. Guy was really helpful, giving me the code to look up and advice on installation and delivery.

They delivered materials in advance and were generally efficient and well organised. Only issue was deliveries were not communicated well. One delivery of roof materials etc was left outside my gate on the street and items too heavy for me to lift. That said whole thing was built in 4.5 days and team were very respectful. Good company on the whole. End result very good.

I think Eurocell is good because local branch staff are very friendly and helpful and arranged delivery quickly. Going back today for further purchase.

Guys where top class they had a few staffing issues still went above and beyond to get my orders picked and delivered on time

Took nearly 3 weeks to deliver decking trim.
Do not answer phones and hardly any communication. Had to go into store to find out what the problem was.

Delivery was successful, all received as per order. When I called to query the delivery date I had an instant response. Delivery driver was very helpful.

My order was sent out to my home on 2 occasions without calling first, I called into the office and was advised that the delivery would be on the afternoon I was in the office, waited in the rest of the day but nothing arrived, Called the branch on Saturday morning to cancel my order
