I can't fault the products but when I collected my order I was told online prices are nearly double in-store prices.

I received a call from the branch manager and she was so helpful and the problem was very easily resolved I was offered a complimentary pack of upvc cleaning products which I was very pleased to accept...thank you

Steph at TVTE Branch couldn't be more helpful. My hubby is not the best at DIY unless there's a hammer involved but Steph not only sold us the products she even talked us through what to do.
Wish every shop I visit had a Steph. Great customer Service, would highly recommend

Well what can I say Steph and Paul at the Team Valley Branch have went above and beyond. Nothing is a bother dropping samples off to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I can’t thank them enough. We were a couple of decking lengths short and they sourced them and had them on site the next day 🙌🙌🙌. We will definitely be using the Team Valley branch on future projects.

Big shout out to Stephanie and her team at Gateshead for her help whilst completing a large composite decking project , from start to finish she's been so helpful, my deliveries were on time and on dates I requested . She managed to beat the internet price too where possible which i'm extremely grateful for. Anyone considering compostite decking from here, I'd definitely recommend it, it's great quality.

I think Eurocell is very good because , well for a start they seem to be the only place that has celotex in 75mm, the perfect thickness for my project. Easy to order online, helpful and friendly staff, resonably priced and delivered to my door for free and fairly quick. Jobs a good'n 👍

Needed help placing an order from the Gateshead branch and received fantastic customer service from beginning to end from Stephanie. She walked me through the order, made a couple of fantastically helpful suggestions (to save me money) and then arranged
