The guy in Eurocell Dover was excellent he even tried to give me a call to let me know that they shut at 12 midday on a Saturday! What a lovely guy! Hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

I needed a fascia board which Dover didn’t have so James went out of his way to find a branch that did. He then went and picked it up that same day and dropped it to my site

Helpful, polite staff

Very prompt delivery, polite, helpful and instructive advise from the manager at Whitfield with whom I spoke. Not being familiar to the trade, I was, however, confounded by the descriptives of goods in the catalogue; the absence of the term "deepflow", suggesting,(to me) that the goods were half-round.

Staff are extremely helpful and make sure to help you get the best price but also the most economical aswell.

Popped in local branch(Whitfield dover,kent)..as needed a solution for a job I'm doing and was taken back how firstly I was welcomed at the counter which is a rarity nowadays secondly the 2 guys couldn't of been any more helpful,they advised me on several things which helped me massively..I am new to the area so this will now be my go to place for plastics..the 2guys are a credit to your company

I visited Eurocell Dover and I was served by a young man who went above and beyond his remit to help me. Not only dis he answer my questions regarding cladding but also made some really helpful suggestions about windows and indeed other aspects of our building project.
How refreshing to be served by someone who is polite, cheerful, knowledgable regarding the products he is selling and who goes out of his way to help. I am not sure if it was James or Joe but thank you.
