I think Eurocell is very good because they are the go to place for everything UPVC. Easy to navigate website, easy to order. Good communication via email and sms regarding my order/processing. Collection was straightforward from the Chorley branch.

I’ve been into the store over past few weeks. Obtaining the supplies I needed for a project. The staff were all very helpful and chatty. I have since been back to get advice and found when served by Ian he gave great service on more than one occasion. Would highly recommend they know their stuff.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Ian today at the Chorley branch. Not only did he manage to order me the right panels but also recommended if best to be delivered or picked up as it required to be either packed in my car or delivered directly to one of my properties. All in all, very friendly, educated on what customer needs are and served very efficiently. I thank you!

Ordered some items online but unfortunately my local branch didn't stock some of the order. Gary from the Chorley branch contacted me, we agreed on a stock item which he arrange for the delivery of the next day.
He kept me informed and true to his word the order was delivered this morning by a helpful driver.

On line process simple with easy access to local depot through post code entry .Delivery or Collection facility available with range of payment options . When ready I received a call from the trade shop adviser who informed me within 20 minutes that the item was ready for collection . Overall excellent process with friendly customer support. What I liked was the web showed the number in stock which assisted my decision to purchase .

Really helpful advice and assistance from the Chorley branch

Called in to the Chorley branch this morning 14 June 2025, we were served by a very pleasant gentleman, very informative and was able to help us choose the right product. It was nice to be able to have a conversation and would definitely go back to Eurocell.

I am doing interior cladding 4 the first time and the guys at chorley branch went above and beyond to help.
Showing great knowledge of the ideas I had in my head of things I needed and even showing me the products it's great when people show pride and knowledge in their job and make u feel at home so thank u very much
