Terrible company. Every bit of information from them is a lie. They are incompetent, liars and beyond useless. DONT buy their UV printer. Get a Longer or other brand.

Great until it breaks, then good luck with customer service
I purchased my AnkerMake (now rebranded to EufyMake) M5 in December from Amazon.
It has been running great for 4 months then i had an extrusion failure. After the failure i cleaned up the plastic, replaced the nozzle and cleaned out the extruder gears as per their websites guides.
I contacted EufyMakes customer service and as expected, they wanted to prove what was wrong as that i had gone through all the recommended fault finding guides on the website. Of which I had then provided evidence of the issue and outcome.
They then askes a second time for me to complete the exact same guides.
After providing evidence a second time they stated they will distribute a replacement extruder under warranty and I will receive tracking confirmation in 2-3 days.
A week passed with no feedback so i contacted Eufy again. They said there was a problem in the order they they will process it again, Il receive tracking in the next 2-3 days.
Another week passed with no tracking so i contacted them again. This time they told me they had to manually process the order as there was some problem. yet again, i will receive tracking in the next 2-3 days.
Yet another week passed with no tracking so i contacted them yet again. This time i was informed they now had no stock left at the distribution center and can i can either wait or they could provide a 50% refund as my printer was "used".
I then asked for an ETA of which they could not provide and pushed the 50% refund offer.
I have now replied stating as it is under warranty, i want a 100% refund and am awaiting feedback.
It has been over a month since i initially contacted Eufy with no resolution on the horizon it seems.
Great printer until it breaks, then food luck getting parts or customer service.
I bought their M5C (Ankermake) on sale from Amazon…
I bought their M5C on sale from Amazon and really liked their well thought out package and simplicity. It's loads faster than my ancient 2016 one that it replaced.
If I had any concerns with using their slicer that part of customer service was 'on it', but now that they've been sued under patent law and literally driven out of the U.S. marketplace (2025), good luck getting them to take anything seriously.
I passed their initial 'recommended' set hours per the phone app about replacing the wheels and belts but upon inspection and overall printing, I just couldn't see the point since they are still brand new parts.
Then unexpectedly the infamous hotend got a clog, the first one after nearly a year. Same filament etc.
After following their numerous how to's and realizing I needed to replace the heater block and bimetal tube, I began searching for parts.
This is where everything came to a screeching halt. I can almost see customer service just laughing when somebody submits a parts request for the hotend, which is more than the parts listed above, moreover for the M5C all metal version compared to the M5.
After a string of emails which concluded with, "We are sorry that the official website link can no longer deliver to your area. For your situation, we would like to make an exception and allow you to purchase directly from us, and the payment method is Paypal only. If you are interested in purchasing,
-- they didn't bother to even send a link as promised, which is what follows here: please pay to our Anker PayPal account (anker-us at anker.com). Once processed, please let us know your PayPal email address, transaction ID, and your current delivery address. After confirmation, we will speed up the processing."
Then they just disappeared. So after several days of waiting I started a new request and affirmed that I needed to replace my hotend and that I could not locate one anywhere in the U.S. market. Which started the process over again.
As of this writing I reasoned that I was still in the dark because after setting up a paypal account and plugging in the anonymous email address, it just prompts for you to send them a blind amount of money. I came to my senses and refused to proceed.
Afterall, I had no idea how much they were charging for the part as once again it's not even listed as a picture that you can't otherwise add to cart. I certainly am not going to blindly submit cash to these people. Not to mention, at minimum even if buying direct, there needs to be a Paypal invoice and honestly I'll never get it, because again they just don't care.
At this point my perfectly good printer is turning into a paper weight because these people refuse to honor their committment to supply parts to existing customers, per the lawsuit.
Apparently they like to play mind games or something. They rebranded themselves from ankermake to eufymake if anyone makes the mistake of thinking they are legit. Thus I'm reposting here since it comes up independently in the search.
I have a second printer I bought shortly after the first one and maybe just maybe letting the main cooling fan breath with the cover off, might prevent the loss of another hotend on that machine.
Also - their design for these parts is totally proprietary and so that means I can't even begin to cross purchase from other companies to fix what I've got.
