I ordered a helwig stabilizer bar and it was missing 2 parts. I called and etrailer contracted helwig and had the parts shipped next day. I was very happy.

Fast and easy all around. I have bought and installed several hitch set-ups it is always a good experience.

I was finally able to get out camping and the SnapPad Jack Stand was very useful with my set up.

etrailer always has what I am looking for. Products are reviewed with good explanations of product descriptions.

They mailed out two hitch receivers (original order and replacement item) that were poorly packaged with no reinforcement or packing material and both were damaged as a result. They accepted no responsibility of their negligence, placed all the blame on the shipper and put the responsibility on the customer to return the original damaged item (delivery of the replacement item was declined due extensive damage). The customer service rep has poor attention to detail and has been wrong or lied several times throughout this debacle. This situation has been extremely frustrating, wasted time and money, and I still have no hitch receiver and must wait up to 14 business days to receive a refund. I would avoid this company!

Excellence period! You want it you get it. Vehicle parts must be perfect or they are junk. This license plate holder did all it was intended to.

No issues, fast shipping with this purchase and I have purchased from Etrailer in the past and will again.

I had questions if certain products would work for my application. They quickly answered. I put my order in around 8pm. About an hour later I got a noticed that the parts had been picked up by the shipper. Incredible.

My tow plate for the Jeep showed up missing pieces and I emailed support about it, to my surprise I received an email right back (on a Sunday) and worked through getting the missing parts. Quick delivery

The product (RAS) seems fairly substantial. Installation was relatively easy. Most importantly though is the performance when towing my travel trailer. Wished I'd ran across this product a year ago. Highly recommend.
