Am using this software from the 1st of January. Payment is done for 10 year subscription. Till now they can’t sort out my stock miss matchs they transferred from my previous program.and their are so many issues in invoices calculations, discounts miss matches, vat miss matches sale return discounts issues etc . Am keeping telling them to rectify the issues and they keep telling we are working on it as soon as possible they will sort it out .Now our staff is again taking the stocks of around 12500 items manually for correcting the issues of stocks . 8 months now they can’t rectify the 95 % of issues and they take full advance payment of 10 years also . Very bad customer service
