We do offer a 15% discount for paying annually upfront, but as you selected the monthly instalment option on our quote screen, your schedule reflects our standard monthly rate of £14.92.
Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) is fully included in this final price and is displayed transparently on our quote summary page directly below the selection buttons.
If you would like to switch to an annual upfront payment to secure the 15% saving, please contact our team at customercare@eta.co.uk and we will be happy to update this for you.

Brillant claim service

Check your policy..
After 2 decades of good vehicle breakdown cover from ETA, I am profoundly unhappy with today's failure.
An evening breakdown has resulted in us having to pay out £700+ for roadside vehicle recovery...

As the ETA office was closed in the evenings, it has only just become apparent, after phone calls the following day, that my recovery policy had not renewed last year... one very expensive lesson.

Great experience making a claim
As someone who unfortunately had to actually make a claim with ETA I can't recommend them enough. I was insured with them for almost 10 years when my bike was sadly stolen but even though most insurers would take into account depreciation when calculating compensation ETA awarded me my full cover value (plus the cost of my accessories) and even gave me discounts to major bike stores to help cover the cost of a replacement bike. As I needed a very large frame which can be hard to come across I requested for the compensation to instead be in cash so I could also looks at local bike shops and second hand bikes. They did this for me too and the person managing my claim Deon was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

I was not too much information as I only have a E bike which means my needs are small. Plus, I got ETA because if I get stuck anywhere they can help out.
I have not used ETA yet as I have not used my bike yet.
But the company seemed quite good for what they offer plus it’s not gonna cost me lots of money each year. so for now, so far so good
