We can only apologise for the time delay and availability of consultants, our team are continuously working with a large number of clients on a daily basis and we cant always get to everyone as quickly as they would like. It was an expensive process, with lots of different elements each costing what felt like overly expensive. But, in the end, will be worth it for the peace of mind it offers.

Excellent handling of our financial affairs
Paul Dodsworth came to the house on three occasions. He provided detailed answers to all our questions, and ESP have been prompt and accurate in their correspondence by email and Royal Mail.

When we decided we needed a will and powers of attorney etc, we had not realised how many different options there were that were associated with these. Paul was very professional and fantastic explaining the different options so we could make a formed decision. Generally pleased with the whole…
Generally pleased with the whole process. The only area I got confused with for some reason was when the instruction arrived and signature documents I didnt pick up that I was supposed to review them with the agent on zoom. I had the zoom appointment but thought that was to review the process at the end. As result I went ahead getting the documents signed and witness myself. I dont suppose it matters too much and was able to resolve a couple of queries over the phone with the agent. Other than that the process, which was quite daunting in the beginning, was clearly explained.
